I get why they would choose this unusual spot being that it's a Sunday and the normal W. Chelsea scene doesn't operate then. Though being a holiday night I'm sure you'll still see plenty of Bobby Bottleservice types out. I actually have a guilty pleasure going to the W. Chelsea district with my non-edm friends, in moderation, so I'm used to it.

I just hope if their system really isn't up to snuff that they bring in some extra artillery, because Gary's style of techno requires some real power to be enjoyed at maximum capacity.

No, as I gather, depsite the namesake, it's been open for a year or so as a Top40's / pop-house/ hip-hop veune. This used to Mansion, and it sounds like it hasn't changed a whole lot since then, though I haven't been to W. Chelsea in a while so I can't vouch for any of that info personally.

Now what I came here for:

This should all probably be moved into an event thread. I'd make one but I'm not sure about protocol for that sort of thing.
