It's a good start, but as long as there are red states, however, I very much doubt that this is a trend that will catch on to a large extent in the US. Furthermore, I suspect that conflict over whether cases comply with the definitions of "Capable" and "Informed decision" in the DWDA will bring many of them to a screeching halt. It will nonetheless be interesting to see how this pans out now that the UK has been going over the issue themselves.

Yeah I agree that there are things that still need to be defined. There will always be cases that should be evaluated individually as opposed to automatically through not meeting certain criteria I think also. Since not every case technically fits into the definitions, but would still imho qualify.

yea i know i can't expect everyone to be mentally strong. i've definitely noticed just how hard it is for most people..especially girls/women. fucking crazy bitches who can't take rejection, omg. i've been friends with a few in high school and even a 30 something year old who acted 18 that's basically what i meant about not being able to tolerate weak minded people. they drain you.

Generally I'd have to say that death is a responsibility, not a right.

I love it when Slylee gets all confused and tries to start trolling herself.

Houses follow this same indoctrination.

A family of 4 with young children lives happily in a suburb where the father is the breadwinner and the mother is a stay at home mum. They just spent $700K on a new house with a deposit of $50K, which means $650K is still left on the mortgage.

On the way to work on Monday, the father is hit head-on by another car and dies instantly. He had no life insurance.

What does the mother do now? Not only did she just lose her husband, but her kids will never know their father, she has no real income nor time to work as she has to look after the kids, she has to pay for the funeral and yet she still has that massive mortgage.

Is life insurance still useless? If your answer is yes, please do us all a favour and kill yourself or at least let a Dr make you sterile.

what would make you think that?

Because you have repeatedly demonstrated your utter ignorance to the plight of others? Just like a week ago you were on about how rape victims should "just get over it". Nobody is saying you've never suffered before, but until you've walked some moons, your moccasins appear untreaded.
