I have read the article. He's talking nonsense. What's more, he's talking contradictory, illogical nonsense. He says "the commercial World has entered our World" and then complains there's no money in dance music. He laments the demise of the underground, and then complains there aren't enough superclubs like the Ministry.

this scene is a thing of the past. A lot of labels have not put anything out for years! A lot of producers threw in the towel a long time ago. There is no money in this any more. The ''digital revolution'' was a coup.

Well, I suppose you'd better fuck off then. Stop talking about music, stop clubbing, stop putting any effort into the scene, stop posting inane shite on here and stop using my reviews in your signature.

He is not alone and I hate to sound pessimistic too but it really all comes down to this: this scene is a thing of the past. A lot of labels have not put anything out for years! what this scene? everything changes (except people living in the past) and these labels should really learn to adapt. vinyl days are over but people still like to dance to funky shit, so theres definitly money in it, just not the same way as before. And believe or not this digital era allows much more creativity than before so the possiblity of great music is there, u just have too look deeper than before.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I've liked every single release that Legowelt has released under his various aliases this year. The man can do no wrong, it seems.

Touche.

I only listened to the samples and passed them on, I didn't download any of his tracks or take notice of the name.

So wait...musics been cancelled?

How come no one told me earlier

P.S. - I'm not so sure about producer of the year but I've really enjoyed most everything Henry Saiz, Joris Voorn, Guy J and John Selway have put out this past year.

Existo22, the party doesn't stop just because you (and I) no longer enjoy the music.
