i had a grand time once i started drinking. i thought his set was good but i'm biased.

yea he was playing a few groovie soulful stuff like
lil louis- the story continues
but for the majority it was alt of good tracks that were more percussion driven then melody or cheesey bassline
his flow and mixing were good i really enjoyed his set

Set was okay, at best... An almost 100% repeat of what I remember him playing in Italy when I saw him in August, and a bunch of tracks from Electric Zoo...

Dean K takes the cake for best set, loved the stuff he was playing, would love to see him in New York...

+1, I've never had any complaints about the place... I think they just spent way too much on Angello that they had to a) get grimy with the lists and prices, and b) oversell the shit out of it, to come close to breaking even... It's a shame, probably not going back anyyyytime soon.

for real another two acquaintances of mine who went, also reported that they wouldnt let them in (they had to pay the bouncers to get in) and that the crowd was god-awful. They said they would never ever go back to Deko again.


It seems as though the birthday peeps at least had a good time, so thats the most important thing!

He's good friends with Tenaglia, and sometimes opens for him. I don't know if you'd go to pacha to see em tho :]

he opened for him at surf club and then at the end him and tenaglia were tag teaming
the kid deff got a good ear for music and talent

The place place was really rammed, almost like pacha on big night, we saw like 3-4 fights too. soo much false advertisement.

but yeah who ever was the opening DJ was sick. angello was ok.

Still had a great time despite everything, was mostly in the corner or the club the whole night.... That vodka tasted mad weird tho...

I would... Love Tenaglia and havent seen him in a minute... If Dean K were on the bill, that'd set me over to go check it out..
