Yeh sorry I was thinking about dedicating a thread to it but I never did. There is 2 threads I made just about the problems I was having but as of today everything was resolved.

Initially is wasn't syncing, I solved that within a couple days then my latency went through the roof. As I was trying to solve latency issues I then noticed I couldn't record the ti either at all (was getting a mess of distortion and artifacts).

Today Access told me in FL the "export to wav/mp3" function doesn't work, but they outline exactly how to do it routing the virus directly through a channel then recording that way which wound up working pefectly. It also went to a computer engineer today (my brother) and he got the latency down to almost nothing.

And thats all the 3 issues I was having. I was losing my mind trying to find a fix (hence all the bs) but now everything is great just gotta pick up my computer tommorow and verify the latency issue being gone. But it does look like everything turned out for the best which really made my christmas. Thanks to you & everyone else who tried to help.

Hopefully the latency is where you need it or better. FWIW the TI integrates flawlessly with Ableton Suite 8

I KNOW! Thats actually the one thing I'm still skeptical about because I haven't seen it with my own eyes yet.

But his exact words were "It sounds instantaneous", I asked him "are you sure?" about 20 times and he kept saying he couldn't hear any latency at all, although I'm assuming a little bit is still there.

I personally could have lived with the latency (although I fucking hated it) it was not being able to record that was making me contemplate a refund. This is so much more then I could have hoped for so first thing in the morning I'm going to his house.
To be able to sit down with no latency, everything syncing, and to be able to actually record is huge. I was so excited when I got the virus and all that was shattered slowly over these last few weeks, but now it kinda feels like that first day again which is real cool. =]

Don't forget the "live" button in the bottom left of Virus Control. It improves latency a ton.

what does that do exactly? ive never used it. are you suspoused to turn it on when recording? why does it disable? i mean why not have it on all the time?

render to disc
