I would like Stereo to book food

Or at least allow you to leave to get something to eat and come back, 8-10 hrs dancing can be draining and you can only get so much energy reserves from disco biscuits.

Being one of the biggest fans of Digweed, and since I had the chance to hear him in different afterhours many times (including 3 times at Stereo), I can tell you guys he plays his best sets in this kind of environment.

In festivals or big events, he tends to play many 'bigger' tracks (Jacques Lu Cont remixes, for instance), especially to close his sets. In afterhours, he bangs it out and takes us on a journey.

If he does play at Stereo soon, I'm sure it'll be massive! And I would'nt be surprised if Maher was the opening dj...

Clubs need to sell Boost, the meal replacement. Two of those during partying is such a life safer.

They tried many downtempo nights... didn't sell well at all.

Kidding aside, I've always thought they should sell Powerbars or something. Protein shakes are a good idea too.

Go ahead, I set you right up on that one.

Somebody needs to bring Steve Bug back too! It's been 2 years now! He's such an incredible DJ.

Pascal,

I didn't go at the Guv because I went there with friends a few years back (2006?) to see Digweed play alongside Hernan Cattaneo and a bunch of other big name djs and the crowd was so bad that I decided to never go there again...even if Diggers was booked!

However, he played then a relentless 2-hour set of peaktime techno. It's such a shame that the crowd was so rude and not even into the music...

this is my number one reason for avoiding all access parties this past three years... but having Digweed in the Kool Haus is a completely different experience.

If he comes back to Kool Haus again one day, give it another chance... Stay away from the rest of the club and you'll be fine.

When i saw that Stereo was having a Poker Flat night, i was so disappointing to see he's not playing.

How long of a set can i expect from the Martinez Brothers next week?

Did that already happen? Disappointing for sure!

Next Friday, Mr. C and Adultnapper.

Yea, I don't really consider that a Poker Flat Night. Honestly, it would at least have to have either Steve Bug, Sven Tasnadi or Martin Landsky to be considered one in my book.

Sander announced for first weekend in Oct (I think). Not entirely convinced he's back on form, but I have been hearing better reviews lately.

he played two completely different sets when I saw him in Nov and then again in April. One was a bit of everything, including some trance tracks but it flowed well, decent set.

other set was deep tech, it wasn't bad but wasn't what I'd expected.

Brian wants breakfast at Stereo, some eggs to go with his sausages.
