| Originally posted by kuollutrunkkau5 Morally maybe not. But the law and moral have little to do with each other. It's the same legal principle that keeps youtube and let's say google alive. A publisher doesn't have to invest resources into investigating copyright, simply because no publisher has the resources to do so. They only have to take it down once they are approached by the copyright holder. |

just find it really awkward you signed up to make your post mistyg, and you seem to be from his city :} we are all waiting for him to explain himself, someone said he is a registered trance addict member.

I wonder why he has been lying to everyone...We all have a chance to do great or non great things...if we steal from others or wish our lives away we get what we put into life.....A BIG FAT NOTHING..and when you lie all the time the truth will bite you in the back side when you are not expecting it...Mike needs to own up to the truth or admit he stole the music and get on with life....But what about ones self worth to ourselves...Where has that gone with him??????
he has obviously been falling over himself trying to give us his side of the story, but is just too busy helping OJ Simpson find the real killers.

| Originally posted by mistyg You are definately WRONG Sorry but he approached them with his???mix!!!! They did not approach him..He stated he put this together a couple of years ago...This is not the labels fault..they took him at face value believing what he told them was the truth...Is it the truth? That is the clincher! And there is no label in the world that can verify a mix to be the one the person is claiming to be theirs...unless they release it and realize it was produced by another artist!!Like this.... |
