Well if we dont count the brief period where they were tackling the lions ( a brilliant idea that we should reinstate!) they have always been the persecutors. As they still are today. Of course that doesnt stop their poster boys whining all the fucking time on (american) tv that somethingorother is against their faith and therefore persecution.

Ah, but the problem with revoking the privileges is that they truly believe that the privileges are given to them by god. And when people trully believe that something is given to them by god they arent likely to let it go. Why do you think there are problems in the middle east? Because everybody there thinks that that particular piece of land was given to them personally by their particular varian of the same desert god and instead of having a nice talk about it over some tea and cookies they are killing each other over what every reasonable person whos mind isnt clouded by a belief in a gift from god sees is a fucking desert totally not worth fighting over. A nice big green walley with a beer waterfall and big tittied girls growing on trees i can see figting over, but you have to be really fucking stupid to fight over some dirt...or religious.
