To the people who attended this, were you familiar with any of the AoT or Union Jack sets? Was it fair mixture of past and present or most past? Thanks

Didn't recognise any of the tracks AOT played. I'm not massively familiar with Platipus so he might have played some of the old stuff, but it sounded pretty modern to me. I also didn't hear much of the Armageddon era stuff in Union Jack's set. It was mostly stuff from the new album. They did play Simple Minds - Waterfront (Union Jack Remix) though, which was unexpected.

That's cool but very obscure haha good stuff, thanks for the info...anyone know if they played longhorn or funnelweb that shit would so sick, was this place like anyways i.e. concrete walls, good acoustics

I think they opened with Longhorn. They played Triclops, not sure about Funnelweb.

The sound in the venue was very good, but as I said it didn't have a very underground vibe to it. Hopefully ponsshin will post his pictures soon, looking forward to seeing them.

I'm on it, don't worry. Haven't got the time yet to do one big editing session, maybe this weekend.

That's me in the bottom left, just behind the guy with the jacket on.

Nice shots. The black and white looks great.

Smoking ..umm..something

Art Of Trance - The Horn, Juno released today... my favorites mixes:

1) Quillroader Remix (trance duo from Netherlands, check out also by them Panarea/Nightshift and Mayan Sun, really good stuff)

2) Kaukuta Saint Remix, which is

Quillroader Remix does have the typical dutch trance-sound to it. Big breakdown etc. The Kaukuta Saint Remix starts off very good, but when the melody comes in it disappoints. Healium's Art Of Acid Remix is better for me overall, a tad slower with more acid. Aaron Gray Remix is also good, but the breakdown lasts way too long.

All in all decently varied remixes.

I'm currently bidding on a Juno-106 that was used by Art of Trance & Union Jack during a gig here in the states. Thought you guys would like to know
