I was talking to a guy the other day while walking my dog, and he said his was about 8 months old and was already 90 pounds. He said they usually get up to around 130. |

naw it is the dog that stinks for sure, we keep my mom outside so we would be able to tell.
There is no way to confuse a St Bernard with a Burmese. If you do, you don't know shit about dogs.
Come on. Jay's mom has to be well over 130lbs.
they don't make test tubes that big hal.
I dunno, I only knew one person who had one of these before that guy the other day, and she loved it. I didn't notice any stank coming off the dog when I was walking the other day, but I was outside so maybe I just didn't notice it. Thing was massive though, so I wouldn't be surprised if it eats and shits a ton.
I had to go over and help her take it to the vet last week. As Burmese become older, they become very very very lazy. They also have a predisposition to an ear condition (forget the name) which makes them smell like ear wax big time....that and tartar build up which also smells.
We feel sorry for the animal, and she does the best she can to take care of it. She got stuck with this 140 lbs monster when my grandmother died, so now she has to ride it out. This is a type of dog that is good if you have a lot of room and a huge yard.
I'm dog sitting next week, i'll take a pic of its shit when i walk him...when you pick it up it has this unreal weight and smell to it, kinda like frenchie.
her other dog, albeit a bit retarded is awesome.
a wolf/huskie hybrid that she saved from being put down. It took 3 years before it would stop being a nervous cunt.

The only people who should have Great Danes should be Revolutionary War era British generals.
He was a sled dog that was essentially beaten and left outside for 2 years. Our family has been going to the same vet for 40 years, and he knows that we have a bleeding heart with this kind of stuff, as well as we have owned many different types of animals and have the room for them...so he asked my mother to take it in and she did.
The turn around in 3 years is pretty amazing. He went from a thin and starved animal to a beautiful healthy dog. The only thing with him is that he doesn't like men, and will sometimes hide from them. I suppose this is normal considering its past. He is cool with me, but still has its moments.
He is an awesome hunter...we find dead squirrels and gofers all over the yard.

He had to put it down after a couple of years because it got too damn aggressive towards other people... the last straw was when he answered the door and his dog pounced on some 10 year old girl selling girl scout cookies. A lawsuit waiting to happen. It was so fucking huge, and would eat massive quantities of food and take huge shits like Jenny talked about. And he had a hell of a time keeping the beast off his bed. Not enough house or yard available either... it was just way too much of a hassle. He went all "impulse buy" when he got it thinking it would be cool to have a big ass dog, and essentially that decision not having been actually thought through ended up costing the dog its life. |
" etc...etc... not ripping on great danes; but you should know what you're getting regardless of the breed.

| Originally posted by tubularbills yeah when buying a pet, all it takes is a little research. most breeds have pretty sustainable traits/characteristics. it's not like you don't know what you're getting yourself into when you get a certain kind of dog. i.e. "OMG I DIDN'T KNOW GREAT DANES GET THIS BIG " etc...etc... not ripping on great danes; but you should know what you're getting regardless of the breed. i've always loved labradors. probably the best combination of friendliness (towards anyone), intelligence, character, obiedience (sp?), and health. |

Is that dog...inside the baby?
moral it looks like it is raping her ass
