I always befriend wheelchair guy but I got creeped out at TAO when some washers wheeled in wheelchair guy who was brain damaged. He was jerking around, frothing at the mouth,,,, looked like he belonged in a hospice. It really disturbed me cause I'm pretty sure he wasn't enjoying himself... or even knew where he was. His buddies where rolling balls and left him gurgling by the mens room alone for over an hour.

I also have a friend who is in a wheelchair (from an accident, not born that way... has been in a chair for as long as I've known him though) and he is one of the most popular people of the going out crowd here. The club he frequents here is not handicap accessible either, but whenever he shows up, a couple of us go out, help him hover up the steps and in the door he goes. Never has trouble pulling ass or looks awkward or out of place (and is usually pretty smashed, lol).
I guess it doesn't hurt that he's a pretty good looking guy and drives a wicked BMW, but still.
The moral of the story is:
