Turkgolu is doing absolutely nothing in this game except dish out a couple assists.

Yeah and now he's probably gonna pull a Kobe and start lobbing up prayers with 2 people in his face every time he gets the ball.

magic doing work

Posted by LeopoldStotch on Apr-20-2011 01:36:

this is just one ridiculous game. melo is playing with a bunch of scrubs, and they look like they're going to win.

Posted by ziptnf on Apr-20-2011 01:41:

Oh man, KG with the play at the very end. Too bad, Knicks almost had it.

Douglas is decent, but the rest wouldn't even be stars in the D League lol

whew! close call. I can't believe Boston struggled like that against the B team tonight. Monster game from Melo... but it's the same old song and dance with him: incredible talent, poor leader and decision maker. He'll never win a ring- he's basically Allen Iverson playing forward.

Carmelo impressed me so much tonight. Amazing performance.

Boston struggling against Melo and four guys is just sad.

That was sad, I agree. Barely holding down the fort against the likes of 64 year old Anthony Carter, Ronney Turiaff who had open heart surgery last year, and Jared Jeffries who played in Europe for a couple years after initially not cutting it in the NBA. I still don't see the value in that Perkins trade. All that's gonna do is give the Heat an easy series win in round two.

seriously dude, the more i read your posts in this thread, the more i think you're either a lakers/kobe hater or retarded, well maybe both

Posted by jupiterone on Apr-20-2011 11:07:

why does every one think the heat are going to the finals? just because you have 2 (i just can't count bosh) great players on a team doesn't mean you're going to the finals.

I do hate the Lakers, but anybody with half a brain should be able to see that they're not anything close to the same team who was winning Championships the past few years.

Posted by ziptnf on Apr-20-2011 13:58:

I'll agree that they may not look as dominant, but they still have a huge chance to reach the finals. Heat aren't guaranteed a spot in the finals, but I think they'll at least reach the ECF.

Posted by srussell0018 on Apr-20-2011 14:07:

Well obviously the Heat aren't guaranteed a spot. Nobody is. I think the Heat have a better chance at making it than the Lakers though.

well, keep telling yourself the same things you have been telling when they where slumping against the OKC last year, or the year before against the rockets:]

I will, and it will be quite fulfilling when they lose

i figure we should insert an NBA gif for giggles ...

Posted by ziptnf on Apr-21-2011 03:44:

Hornets aren't faring too well.

Posted by jupiterone on Apr-21-2011 04:23:

memphis is indeed a threat to the spurs, even after losing tonight. they have shown that they can compete very well in the playoffs against a strong team and i can't wait for the next games
