also can anyone be so kind as to answer my question about VIP if they have experienced it..?? is $750 worth the perks?? do you actually get better service? how accurate is "artist meet & greet" lol

Sunday School. Loco Dice on the terrace. Markus Schulz at Space. Surfcomber or Shelbourne pool parties.

Anyone know how long these prices will remain? And is there an option to upgrade to VIP?

Wow!! I have no intention in going to Ultra, but just saw their FB post and it looks like they will sell out soon.

Guess I have to start booking hotel rooms before the good ones are gone.

VIP doesnt give u that much....elevated viewing areas....areas with hammocks...some meet and greet with artists...if it was open bar, i would be all over it..but it doesnt

The only VIP that I've seen to be worth the money is Movement (DEMF) in Detroit. $140 gets you in all three days, a bunch of free drinks, a free shirt, and special entrance where there is absolutely no wait. Plus you have your own bars, bathrooms and an entire section of the festival is closed off with lounges, etc. And the unlimited reentry is just crazy. Literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel where everybody stays.

VIP for Ultra is a joke and is hilariously priced. Unless you're filthy rich, you'll just be pissed that you spent $700 on it.

I'm pissed that I just spent $300 on Ultra the first day the tickets went on sale. I'd imagine they'll end up at around $400.

So next year will they cost $350 or $400. It's getting out of hand.

alright, fuck VIP.. it seemed pretty ridiculous but i just hate the fucking GA lineups at these things lol.. was pretty down to pay the extra 4 bills just to skip that bullshit.. i'll see you guys in the masses and at the other events..

where can i find the list of the parties other than ultra.. which i assume won't be out until much later.. is it just on the website of the individual clubs or does someone put a list together??

so ridiculous...why did they sell the tickets so early this year? I thought tickets didn't sell out until late January/early Feb. this year?? I got my ticket..But, this upsets me because ALOT of my friends who had planned to attend this year, most likely will never get around to buying the ticket because it's too expensive. sucks.

the ticket sales started around the same time if im not mistaken. they're selling out simply because theres more demand. every year it gets worse and worse.

Pre-sale demand was probably so high because people don't want to get fucked with inflated single day tickets later. Might as well get all 3 for nearly the same price, that's if single day even ever gets released. I'd imagine there will be a big resale market because of this.

at that time, it was only 2 days, as of 2011, it went to 3 days

lol, i remember when it was $35 for the one day and people thought that was high... I am sure people remember a much cheaper price than that I just dont go back any further than that

35 i cant remember. probably ultra 3.

i paid $40 for ultra 4.
i think $50 or 55 for ultra 5 and that came with a tshirt.
ultra 6 i cant remember.

ah back when the 'early bird' tickets were only available at grooveman or uncle sams.

i could be wrong too. we could look it up in last years forum. but man im too lazy for that.
