I can't believe I spent $600 on a festival that no doubt Tiesto and Guetta will be headlining.
I need to go vomit

Posted by mcadrenaline on Dec-05-2011 18:24:

not gonna lie, I did the 15% payment plan this year. Not trying to throw down $300 all at once right now for a line-up that might be total shit...just did not feel right. But I know that if they are $300 now they are not going down anytime soon, so might as well save a little money where ya can....fuck.

Posted by yankeeBaby on Dec-05-2011 18:27:

$300?! WTF....I dont think I can justify something like that. Add what you spend on drinks, cabs, etc and right there is the price of going to the BPM festival in Playa for 6 days lolol WTF.

Posted by lounger540 on Dec-05-2011 18:35:

Maybe this will start pricing out some of the kiddie ravers? Awww no, wtf am I saying. This is the tristate area, they'll just steal their parents' credit cards.

I'm really mad at myself for overpaying right now.

I'm lucky that i bought the early bird ticket for $180 + fees

I don't think I will be attending ezoo though this year and will prob sell teh ticket

I wish I had gotten THROUGH to get those tickets. I showed up 5 minutes late because my train was going through construction. Thats f*cked, I have to pay an extra $120 because my train was slow?!?! Bitch please.
The kiddies can have their festival. I will go overseas. For $625 I flew to Amsterdam and saw Full on Ferry for $28, transpo included!!

Posted by Chaska on Dec-05-2011 19:07:

LOL, wow, $300?! That's about what I spent my first year going to DEMF, getting there and hotel included.

Posted by ViciousPanda on Dec-05-2011 19:08:

When the price goes up, sell'em.. problem solved

Posted by Excess on Dec-05-2011 19:56:

300 bucks?

Posted by Burak14 on Dec-05-2011 22:37:

greedy mother fuckhers.

Posted by tubularbills on Dec-05-2011 23:02:

just bought them. that was a hard purchase. considering i only paid $174 for EZ2011. i guess the plus side, these tickets include Ferry transportation. beats walking I guess, but if i had the option (like we did this year) i would have opted for the free walking option, not the $40 ferry fee :/

You mean "considering that 2009 was $80 + fees" for 2 days.

At 300 bucks a head maybe they can afford Poland springs this year...
yeah I didn't forget about those 5 month old promotional Rango waters you forced us to drink.

My thought process is the same now.

If you add up all the costs with food/drinks/transportation/hotel stay if anything it will very well come out to $$ you will spend on awesome vacation.

I guess this is part of growing up and making better decisions while still having fun once in a while...or at least keeping it balanced.

That is why i prefer going to DEMF next year

This. I ended up going one day this year cos a friend gave me the ticket, otherwise I wouldn't have gone, and I'm not planning on it this coming year either.

I've always listened to techno since i was a child, but it wasn't as prominent as listening to trance back then.

This has changed few years back.

Electric Zoo Holiday Sale Tickets...

... are $259... $299 after fees... and it seems like you NEED to get a ferry or shuttle bus pass at this point.

I didn't mean about the techno, I was talking about the insanity It really takes some serious dedication to do Detroit right, this year's DEMF and the resulting technoflu nearly killed me.
