I'm going to throw the guy a bone here and try to do this reasonably, just one time.
I have listened to your link, and yes, they use the same/similar drum patterns. That doesn't mean a thing. There's a thing called sampling, which involves taking samples from other songs and using them yourself. Have you ever heard of the amen break? It's the single most used sample in the world; it's all over the place.
Can you explain how your YouTube video is supposed to prove anything? Or what it's even trying to prove? Because right now all you've done is show us songs with similar drum patterns, which doesn't mean anything.
Also, could you tell me what songs you're using? And give me an example of your music that they are supposedly imitating.
For that matter, how does one music become an imitation of another? What makes these songs less authentic than whatever music you claim to play?
Oh, and as for the booking thing, I would settle for some kind of proof that you've ever been booked to play anywhere. Link to an event? Name of a club and date you played? Anything? Surely those don't breach any NDAs.
These are simple questions, and they should have simple answers. Don't copy paste the same things you've said 1000 times before, try writing something new. I can read, and I've read your past messages. They don't help. If you just say the same thing over again, you won't be getting any further, and it's exactly why no one here is taking you seriously (well, that and the capitalization thing).
Admittedly, it is a bit frustrating that you know how to embed youtube videos and I don't.
