If you that think those are real, you wouldn't know fake jugs if they were in your mouth.
1, As mentioned, stats. I've only ever met 2 girls in my entire life that had a skinny frame with real jugs as big as that and....

So, no she's not a tranny, and yes those are prosthetic babylons.
