i didn't even check here for a post on armin...so dumb sometimes....anyhow, i ranted and raved about armin being great and this set being the best that i've ever seen also...i met some TA's at Aria and i think i saw others as well...i know i met malek cuz he was the only guy in tha place wit a camcorder and i think i saw Biggy...hmmm...was he wearing a black shirt and have glasses and dancing behind the dj booth till tha wee hours in tha morning???...well it was a pleasure meetin malek and adam..if i had known that it was a TA fest i would've tried to meet u all and say hi...i came all tha way from NYC with 7 of my friends and i think i was tha only person wearing an FBI t-shirt, let alone shaved headed asian in tha club....lolz...we were literally the last few people out of tha club and i was still pumped from his set...anyhow, the next time AVB comes to the continent, IM GOIN...NO DOUBT...i hope the next time, i could meet more of you TA's...i learned a lot of french this weekend...hehe...montreal was great...love canadians...till next time...peace...

pss...just wonderin..is it normal to be invited to strangers pads to chillz after clubbin in montreal...this is my second time clubbing in montreal, first being at stereo 2 years ago and both times have been asked to join people i've just met at some strangers place to party even more...i didn't attend either invites but i was wondering if this was tha norm...i did want to party more after AVB but i just didn't feel too comfortable goin to a strangers place even with my friends...we all weren't sure, seein how we're from NYC where it is not too smart to go anywhere with strangers...i know this might sound stupid but the invites were from pretty cool people...once a girl and the second from a guy...both hardcore clubbers...hmm...could someone from montreal lemme know plz...thx

jeez...im a newb so excuse me...haha...anyhow i came with AI and all my other friends from NYC and CT...hope to see u all one day soon...AWESOME parties in mONTREal...hehe...ok...nuff is enuff...gots to get some rest...just got back from montreal and im beat...till the next post...NBL...gnite..

So I just got back from TO and Armin at the Guvernment was unreal. Way too packed but it was awesome!! What a weekend?? Armin twice in one weekend, not too many people can say that they've done that. I think he was a tiny bit better at Aria but not by much.
I also got to talk to Armin in TO. I told him that I was at Aria to see him too and he said that was a crazy party, and that he felt more comfortable there because everyone made him feel so loved and he really enjoys it when that happens because that's why he does what he does. To make people have the best time possible. He also said that he didn't think he was as populare as he is in Canada but after this trip he knows it for sure and he's going to try to come back more often. I told him he would be welcome to come back whenever he wanted.
He also gave me a signed copy of his AVB004 cd. That was so cool but what isn't cool is that I lost it. I think someone stole it out of my back pocket at the party because I put it there and it was gone at the end.

I'll pick up a couple of cd's for myself and some friends. I'll let you know how many and I'll be @ Aria for my B-Day the night that Bad Boy Bill is there, Sat. Sept. 16th I believe?

Ya, the girl in the blue overalls is my gf. We went to see Armin twice this weekend and I think she loves him more than me now!!! LOL, JK!!! But ya, she loves to dance and she has a great time when we go to see Armin, I think I've made him her new favorite dj.
ACA2000 it's great to see u enjoyed armin for both nights , and it's also great to notice that he enjoyed Montreal more

Hey guys, I'm so sorry that I haven't been able to post much on this thread, even though I believe that this was my best experience ever party-wise (no matter where you go, no matter what you do, that was my favourite party of all time..). The night was incredible; Armin was� well� there are no words for the capabilities of such an outstanding DJ and person. The music was phenomenal; the selection was without reproach (although I would have liked to hear a couple songs not played, i.e. Awakenings... but he can only play for so long). Also, the guy is one of the selected (2-3) top DJs and the still is such a class act, it hasn't gone to his head like others (Bad Boy Bill, to name 1 for instance). I had a great time making contact with him, saying a few words to him, and also he talking to me for just a few seconds. He was very patient with autographs. I saw him having a good time with Biggy, Zing and Fast. It was so great to see all the TAs, except for a couple.
Biggy, you are such a class act as well, knowing how to treat people, not being arrogant. It is because of you that Aria is so popular, with the people and DJs. Keep up the great work, we love you for that. I saw you never stopping with the alcohol, and that it a side of you, I really enjoyed because it must be so hard for you to enjoy yourself when you bring us such amazing talent, and it was good to see you have fun for once. Next time, maybe, you and me, can party with each other, like it's meant to be with all TAs when we meet up.
ACA2000, I had a great time with you, it was very nice to get to meet you, as well as your girlfriend, I'm happy she enjoyed herself. I envy you so much for seeing him twice in 2 days, how incredible, as well as getting to actually have a conversation with Armin. I totally agree with you about the people at Guvernment. Also I lost your email, rather I washed my pants, and must have left the paper you wrote it on. PM it to me, and if you have msn messenger, add me to your list: [email protected] (that goes for anyone as well, just let me know who you are when you add me).
Raul (MasterCongo), when I first saw you on the dance floor, and you told me something, I couldn't hear you, I thought you were some guy or whatever, sorry about brushing you off.
Malek, I wish I could have partied with you more, but I know you were busy. Also, that sucked about what happened to your girlfriend. Next time you bring her, tell me when you can't be with her, and I'll stay with her. I'm in for the CD, I'll give you 20$, whatever you want, but don't be too generous, 5$ is too modest.
Milanster, 2 weeks in a row that we party together, I really enjoyed your company, and I hope to do it again.
Taha, didn't get much of a chance to party with you, although I'm sure you had a great night, no doubt about it.
Zing, same goes to you. Also, the work (PR) you do at Aria shouldn't go by unnoticed, you are a great person for that, and I really enjoy reading your DJ interviews. Keep up the good work.

To all other not mentioned TAs: Le Castrateur, JPX, Ravemeister, Rnakr (Red Bull is the best), MEAT, RazerYokes, Morales_High5 It was great to see you all, we had such a great time together.
Once again, a few TAs have evaded: Spoutnik... I didn't know you were there. Charlie, still haven't met you, hopefully it'll happen soon. DJ A.I. I really wanted to meet you, but you never spotted me, and I didn't know what you looked like, it would've been cool to party with you, hope you had a good time. El-See, maybe next time.
Anyways, Armin blew me away. Being a TA for me is such a privilege, because it is so great to be able to go to Aria, by yourself (my friends aren't into after-hours anymore), and still manage to have a good time with 15 or so people. I'm so happy to be a TA because the music should be the sole purpose of going there, and it is good to be surrounded by people that share the same feeling. I hate the fact that 75% of the people go there for the drugs, and whatever music is playing is good enough. That�s why I hate going to the dance floor much, there are too many whacked out people all fucked up and whatever. Ok, I have to admit, that I do indulge once in a blue moon, but it is not the sole purpose I go to Aria.

thx fast...appreciate the sincerity...AI is my roommate and he's just been a bit busy but im sure he'll be frequenting TA soon...i hope to meet u and the TA regulars next time i go to montreal...it'll be mah 4th time there and definitely won't come quick enough...but patience is a virtue and good things do come to those who wait so until then, party hard and be safe...

If Ferry plays with Mauro this might be one of the craziest night Aria has seen. Plus Armin coming back in November. Biggy is the king for even trying to put this together.
BTW, Fab, I had a blast partying with you too my friend, along with all the other TA's that I met. It was the first but definetely not the last. Talk to you guys soon!!

I was dead tired after partying friday and sunday at Aria. School with all its headache just started and the video editing thing is taking the rest of my free time.

) for Germany 2006, hope the best for them. It was one of my favorite team to watch. But alas, they got beaten by my team

whats up TA's.... i know i know... im kinda behind but i read everyone's post about Armin night and im so glad everyoone enjoyed it! armin really kicked my ass that night! i know i was suppose to look for some of you but man, i was in my own little world with my rave lights 
LOL but i think i did randomly run into couple of TA's. but yea.. it was worth the 5 hour trip def. worth it!

..hehe..my friends that went this past weekend all agreed that Aria is definitely the best club that we've been to in awhile..(maybe wit tha exception of PVD at Twilo)...but now there is no Twilo so the club scene on the east coast is just blah...avalon is alright but ends at 2 AM...anyhow, if ferry and picotto hook up on tha same evening, some plans just may have to be made... i'll check mah aria email updates...thx fo the info tho fast... ...i just hope german fans don't try and kill koreans after we win against germany cuz odds are they will meet again and its our turn to win hehehe...but it would be cool to watch tha match together so we could talk shiet to each other during the game ...

Hello to all TAs! THat night was indeed an amazing night. I brought a friend with me who is starting to fall for trance and he didn't know Armin. Now i can't talk to him he's so busy trying to find sets and buying Armin CDs.
Malek put in 2 CDs for me, whatever the price! I just can't wait for that.
Malek was the only TA i saw except for Zing in the booth. I was in grey pants with a blue shirt all the way in the front on the left facing Armin. My friend was shy and i didn't want to leave him alone, but next time im gonna meet all of you's. Im going to go up to everyone and say TA or not?

I finally got the Cam and Firewire to work!!!!!
After hours and hours of fucking around with XP and drivers and shit like that, I just read that some DV camera just won't work under XP but will under win2000. So I installed everything on my second machine which runs win2000 adv. serv. and it worked
Now I'll reinstall win2000 on my main machine and start working on that video!
