ahhhh... but the 15 minutes gives him a trailer to party in back stage. Miguel just got married this past weekend at Burning Man. I'm pretty sure that the booking kind of helps to have a little post wedding celebration with all his friends (i know i'll be back there).

As you know, Miguel is a friend of mine so I'll always be there to defend him. Time slot sucks though... no doubt.

that friday lineup is sick but i dont see how i can get there without taking the day off work and ive missed tons lately. actually sat is pretty damn good too it might be worth going just for that and the end of friday. i really really want to see cosmic gate. is it possible to leave work at a respectable hour on friday in SF and make it into NW by 9pm? sounds highly doubtful like i will have to drive 110, and im not talking about the freeway.

Remember when this thing was 1 day and on labor day weekend too? me too it was my first rave. lol. should have added the 2nd day and kept the week!

Esp since EDC went 8 p.m. through sunrise, vs. Nocturnal Wonderland, which is earlier in the day:

Friday 5:00 p.m. � 2:00 a.m.
Saturday 3:00 p.m. � 2:00 a.m.

Below are the hourly temperatures for tomorrow (HI: 97F), so just add six or so degrees to get an idea of what it will be like.

All this said, I hope that the weather forecasters were smoking something good and it will actually be in the mid-70s?

Also, I do like the chance of precipitation and wind forecast.

Anyone know the best route from point A (Hilton Garden Inn) to point B (NOS Event Center parking)? Seems a simple enough question, but taking E Orange Show Road to "E" Street took almost 2 hours for Beyond Wonderland in March (was less than 3 miles!!!). Waterman/Central was apparently the only way into the parking lots, but there's no mention of this entrance for next week's festival:

I really need to discover the road less traveled this time around!

pretty sure last year i took Waterman to Central and got in very quickly both nights.

I would just leave earlier and avoid the traffic. It's really not worth waiting in if you can avoid it by just leaving a little earlier.

I was wondering if some fellow TA'ers could give me some advice on some trance DJ's I should make sure I see. Obviously I'm gonna see A&B and ATB and Dash (even tho I see a lot of people hate on Dash on this thread). But who if you could only choose one other artist to see on the trance stage who would it be?

I would definitely say check out Myon & Shane 54, and Mat Zo, although he is more "trouse" along with Arty. But I've listened to a couple of his sets from group therapy and he does a really good job. Norin & Rad are good too - LA locals!

i haven't been to a NOS party since EDC 2004.. i remember there was this hangar of some sort where the trance stage was and that was literally a bajillion degrees...

Definitely check out Super8 & Tab.

I think they relocated the Trance stage after the Cosmic Gate fiasco (indoor stage filled up and there were nearly riots with the huge crowd waiting outside that couldn't get inside). Last coupla times, the Trance stage was under a HUGE tent, it definitely draws the crowd...
