yeah well I WAS a Tiesto fan from 1999-2005
but not anymore now
and that Cass & Slide track was on a Tiesto compilation
I think i do have pretty good taste in music
was talking about tijs_fan, no less.
and perception was the vocal version tiesto used - though it was a good compilation in any case - before he went downhill.
i seen you listen ISOS4 as your second all time great album... that's not what i call good taste in music.
ISOS 1 to 3 were amazing. after that tiesto became shit. the rest is history.

People who have bad taste are like
OMG ATB-Ecstasy is the best track ever!
or those who are like DUDE Deadmau5 and Skrillex are my 2 fave DJs
actually I originally mentioned AVICII but on second thought I have never heard one of his mixes or any of his songs...So i cant diss A guy I haven't listened to
maybe I loved ISOS 4 so much cuz of my DSL connection
and the fact I was going trhough adolescence
tracks in adolescence sound better usually
But fuck my mother
she keeps me in the dark and ruins my life
she better be penitent

Some dark stuff:
Blackwatch - Northsky
Swain, Snell & Lucas - We need Space (Main Mix)
Phil K & Habersham - Cloudbrake (Lexicon Avenue Remix)
Starecase - Hopeless
Some very, very dark stuff:
Really, this thread sucks as a discussion of "electronic musical masterpieces", because as usual just about every track is trance. Just accept it's a lot of narrow-minded people posting tracks they like and get stuck in.
system j makes my point, this could just be ur average choonor fest topic and u wouldnt tell the difference.
rubez.... chu' on about lad, that afterlife track is a downtempo classic at the very least, forgive me that a m'piece by ur likes is something u can do the melbourne shuffle to, working on a 154bpm bootleg just4u.
mattsanity, 'u sooo naughtyyyy mr. harris, mr. hazo said premium fantasy" lol
you're telling me this track is a hot icy stunta? I'm not sure dawg. I know the word masterpiece has been bastardized like crazy but I can explain why this is a masterpiece.
chem. bros are a grade above the crystal meth... for musical experimentation alone, but its sad to see that so many pseudo connesseurs are misinformed:
"to me a masterpiece is from 1995" - dude, seriously this is sheer closemindedness that elitists from ta have instilled in u.
nothing has to be from the 90's, ur just looking for elitist credibility..
a track such as telepopmusic's breathe, is a masterpiece imo. and thats a 2003 record. music has no expiration date, its not a carton of milk, but something post 2012 can have greatness.
new york house m'piece

ive been around, wasnt hitting up digweed @ twilo, but im not a skrillexer no doubt.
gem/classic/borderline mp
echomen-substance forensic records 2002
The Crystal Method were influenced by The Chemical Brothers, but Trip Like I Do is a masterpiece. not even tCM themselves can top this joint:

it's one of the greatest first tracks of any album, and it's their best effort. the dark crystal sample, the spacey buildup, and the unexpected twist at 3:23. I know I'm a tryhard but I want to speak my mind.

rubez i just think u wanna take the piss cuz Rangers got relegated to fourth tier butty ball, im not pretending i know all but i can distinguish sheer class from knobbery.
matts. - i bigup that track cuz its a great track, the lead oozes ny scene, and so simple and dark yet tasteful, this is from when things didnt have to be overproduced to be awesome.
rubez' opening tracks were fantastic.

to each his own im just trying to show some reason/sanity. not a judge byy any stretch, last choons i gavee arent necessarily mp's but are within the range of agreed-on greatness by not just myself.
