Alright my bad, misunderstood, haha.
Reading medical marketing journals for hours on end today kinda put me on edge, lol.
My comment earlier was just a joke. I guess I should have put a smiley after it or something. I still won't change my stance on the cheese getting booked in Miami constantly. You proved me wrong with this event, let's see you work that magic more throughout the year.

Getting so pumped for this show. Subculture 2013 is straight banging, cant wait to hear some proper 138-140. And i said it earlier before the lineup was announced, if my man Bryan Fucking Kearney was on the bill i was going, hes going to be the best set of the night. Next weekend needs to hurry up im getting to excited.
Yes, this will be a killer show.
JOC just came out with Trance Pioneers 6 on spotify. Goddamn there is some bombs. Especially JOC & Kearney - The Temple. Can WMC start already.

HOLY FUCKING MOLY. JOC live @ ASOT600 BEIRUT last night. WOW.
Whats even better is how he ripped Armin last night. Everyone who loves trance should be there in support of JOC for telling Armin how it fucking is last night on air live with a lot of people watching and listening. If you want a listen go soundcloud Marlo's set around 13 minutes. And yes JOC ripped it last night, relistening to his set right now. Cannot wait for this one.
what do you mean 'he ripped armin'

I don't believe JOC "ripped" Armin in the convo. He simply said Armin has inspired him to be where he is at now and he will always stick to his roots. Armin agreed with him, but he had to throw in a good point that kids are attracted to housey beats nowadays and it will be tough for himself to go back to the "older" days of higher bpm trance music, considering the main driver for him is to stay at the "top" of the "popular DJ list." Honestly I believe deep down inside Armin does want to go back to his older style of djing but he is afraid he will lose the fame and reputation he has at the moment. :2cents
Hopefully like he said, Den Bosch will set a new direction for Trance. Let's hope Armin plays something very out of the normal.
He pretty much told armin you play house and dont play real trance anymore. If theres a polite way of ripping someone id say that was it. I feel like Armin wants to play real trance to, but David Lewis and management are pushing in the wrong direction. The more money armin makes the more money they make.

| Originally posted by Pantone199c Honestly if you like the type of trance JoC and those guys will be spinning I wouldn't put a downer on your weekend by seeing the A State of Cheese 600. I was contemplating it but it's not worth it. There is literally no dj on there that will get me to go. Markus is awesome but what will he do with barely an hour? Nothing really. PvD is the only one I'm interested in seeing and I get to see him this Friday. |
