Not exactly sure which one of these I heard first, but it was definatly these tracks that got me hooked.

System F - Out of the Blue
Veracocha - Carte Blanche
KayDee Project - Moons of avelon

when I think of it, it probably was out of the blue that I heard first, kinda liked it. then I stumbled on to Moons of Avelon, the following week it was the only tune I listened to(at a extremely loud volume should be noted) and I got the chills everytime and I kept thinking to me: "How can anything else EVER be as good as this"

THEN... I saw the Carte Blanche video on MTV/ZTV(Tvstation in Swden) late at night, probably because they couldnt play it in day time, cuze both channels are sooo mainstream. Anyways, when I herad Carte Blanche I was blooooown away. I couldnt believe it, a greater tune there is(Yoda-ripoff). I got ever more chills to this tune.

Well, this "phenomenon" has appeared oh..maybe 5-6 times a year from that time...last time I got that feeling..NU-NRG Dreamland....Im just waiting for the next one...

And moved me into:

Paul van Dyk - Avenue (!!!!!)

En-Motion - Truth (both the original mix and pulser remix)
Yves Deruyter - Back to Earth

And then there was the Ferry Corsten remix of Push - Universal Nation that got me into Ferry Corsten... and since then, there's been no turning back whatsoever.

i bought tiesto live@ innercity...track 16 was kinda kool, some guy named cygnus X: the orange theme! I think this track made me fall in love with trance...

thats how it started for me.....i jsut typed int hat and i was hooekd on dj venom and aphex twin an tiesto @ energy 2000 came up everytime so i got it but it didnt finsih and i had 30 min of it an i feel in love...then my frieds got me the whole thing...

What got me into Trance?

It's impossible for me to exactly pinpoint the exact song, artist or moment that got me into electronica because I loved dance music ever since I was born: 1) 80s dance-retro, 90's dance oldschool freestyle, etc. But trance and techno are filled with NRG and have an intelligent and dance floor approved sound, welcome to my ears. Here are my top 5 trance pics:
1) SONIC INC - Taste Of Summer, 2) SIGNUM - Solar Level, 3) DAYDREAMER - Daydreamer, 4) DJ TIESTO - Theme from Norefjell and 5) GOLDENSCAN - Sunrise (Pulser 6 AM Vocal Mix).

As i remember, Cosmic Gate first got me into trance. However the track 'Starshine' by Shockwave, showed me the other side of trance and how effective it can be. I got that track like 2 years ago now and listen to it religiously still.
