The only exception to this rule are after hours club like Boa and Sonic etc because
they don't serve alcohol so the rules don't apply.

Nowadays its the only way a club can get one.

What about licensing new restaurants and bars? I can think of plenty that have opened in recent years that weren't replacing another. I'm guessing it's a different licensing process than that of a club, but then in that case what's to stop one from being licensed as a "bar" or a "restaurant" that just so happens to have a big, empty floor and a huge soundsystem?

and Yes a club license is completely different then a restaurant/bar license..as it has to do with Dancefloor space. and no you cant turn a restaurant into a club...unles you wanna lose you liquor license...like in the case of Meow 10 years ago.

Whose provisions for licensing are enforced by municipal bodies as per the wishes of BIAs and other interest groups. Make no mistake, new liquor licenses are a strictly very area specific issue.

And First you must understand to start a new club it must be built on an existing Liquor License from an old club address. You cannot get a new liquor license and just start building a new building. The AGCO does not give new club licenses anymore to nightclubs. The last of its kind was for Circa.

Right now the club is under Massive Construction until it open January 18th.
And then its lift-off !!

Can you tell us this much: has the sound been addressed? I was not a fan of the sound in 794, loved the space and bookings though.

He's been on point with the productions this past year. I'm still listening to Epos regularly.
