yeah most French words are pretty bad. alt they dont sound terrible...theyre just spelled completely wrong. |

i thing only peopel with big moustaches are allowed to say leftenant, hahaha!

as a frenchy, i found it pretty amazing cause you guys have a SSSOOO nice accent telling it!!

i pronounce lieutenant "loo-ten-ant" as well...

one word i don't understand: Colonel. not pronounced "col-o-nel" but "kernel".... hmmmmm.

but gall-blatter is a pretty weird word as well.

I do believe it is a flower. The British really like them (I base this off of my old neighbours, British, who were very protective of their Chrysanthems [screw the spelling]). I think it's somesort of X-Mas thing... I dunno.
