That's about sums up my night! It was fun as hell meeting everyone from the board. Sorry, if I wasn't be very social. I had a long day before the meet up.
Every 20mins at Sbarros I was saying, "Holy Shit!! there are so many people here!" Then to have the manager let us play a CD, was even better.
As for PvD, OMFG!!! In the great words of Fox, "I Die!!! I die!"
I really didn't know what to expect from him live, but when he opened with Taub, I didn't expect that heavy of a breaks to start. Then Paul just went harder into the night. I actually liked the slow down in the set, which gave me a chance to go to the door and cool down. By the time I got my energy back, it was Nu-NRG - Supersonic!!! I freaked out and ran back to dance. Then Spacefrog, I only had enough left for about another hour. I made it to the disco ball once or twice, but could not keep up with everyone.
That has to be one of the best night I had a club in a long time. It was great to met the TAs that I got to see. I will definitely be at the next meet-up. Marco V!!!!!
Thanks everyone for the great time! I converted a couple of jungle heads and breaks heads that night! woohoo

damn guide me god sounds so sweet in a club, that was the highlight of my night. i was waiting hoping that he would drop emerge or no more rain but =(. didnt get to meet up with any ta's, next time i will be sure to cause it's always more fun to be around people who recognize songs fast. glad everyone had a good time, too many vandit t-shirts hard to distinguish between ta and not ta.
YO i'm sorry but the set @ avalon put the set @ roxy to shame sure he started phat with taub 2002 but from 6-8 paul completely lost me he completely banged it @ avalon and that laser @ roxy was no comparison to the avalon laser...me,caryn,rory,lara,jess,and jen werent feeling it so we left @ 8am...anyways it was awesome meeting all you NY/Canada/Cali kids if you ever come down to FL give me a holla special shout out to my back to back avalon/roxy crew: jdat, scott, wushu, caryn, rory, chris, nice seeing matt, fox again (sorry we dissappeared on everyone we were sick and mad tired) and nice meeting everyone else for tha first time...john + tom thanks, durafei, stereoprincess, and everyone else

I love all you guys. It was great to meet everyone. Where are the groups pics from the pizza joint? I have to see em! PVD dropped a sick set, that Chilli Peppers remix was off the hook. I remember looking around and seeing everyone singing, brilliant.
You guys are all welcome to come and party with us one of these days. Do it up Canada styles.

My friends & I left NY in the early evening and caught some nasty traffic in NJ - I am so tired it is not funny.
Friday was definately a night I won't soon forget. 
I'll write a longer review when I wake up - but for a preview - I think I'll have to visit NYC more often.

ok, I guess Ill write a review for Del while he recovers. Del and his 2 friends Jeff and Will met up with me at around 4:30 PM on Friday. We unpacked and decided to do a bit of drinking before the dinner meet-up ;-) So we went out and picked up some beer, some red bull, and some vodka and chilled out till about 8:30. We then headed over to Sbarros for some shitty food and some shitty people lol j/k The people were cool, but the food was still shitty, but big thanks to John for getting us all together like that. Anyways, most of the people didnt know who me and Del were because we werent wearing name tags and we kinda chilled on the far end of the row. I had on a 'Global Gathering' T-Shirt so I guess now people will know who I was hehe. Sbarros was cool and seeing everyone there was awesome. We left Sbarros around 10:30 to head to Roxy to pick up our tickets and it took us about an hour to snag a cab so we wound up getting to Roxy at 11:45 and the line was already insane so we decided to just wait in line and go in when we got our tix. We got inside around 12:15 and ran into a few people I knew from Sleazydreamer (Raven, Twilochik ) and then we proceeded to head to the lounge in back to relax and have a few drinks before PVD came on. Luis Diaz played a decent set, much better than at Factory. Then at around 1:45 I heard the cheers and I knew PVD was in the booth so we headed out to the bar area only to hear the 1st bars of Taub 2002 come on. Thats when I knew it would already be better than his set at Factory. Ive never seen so many people jumping in unison before with giant smiles lighting up the room, throw in the laser and it was just amazing. I thought PVD played a decent set except for his delve into Electro for about 45 minutes which resulted in 2 trainwrecks and a bad cut (stick to trance buddy) Im glad I stayed till the end too because I got to hear both sides of Taub when he dropped the orig towards the end, and of course who can forget when he dropped Animation (Suzann) what a fabulous track. I met so many people that I cant even list them here because I would have to buy a new keyboard after, but I will give some shoutouts to MIzz, Richie, expo, arturo (you freak), scott, excelon, del (of course), Daphna (the b-day girl ), Orit, Dovid, Seth, Sasha, Melissa, Tom, Matt, John, All the TDot'ers (you know who you are), The RivaDivas, Dahippie, Rory, Sot, Max, and whoever else I missed. It was an insane night and going to sleep at 10:30 am didnt help lol. NOr did waking up at noon 
Im sure Del will elaborate on the rest of the night for me because Im too tired to type the rest.
