SASHA LIVES ON JOHN DIGWEEDS SHADOW! sasha is such utter shit compaired to diggers! diggers is the best programmers and the 1 of the best technical djs. sasha's cant even come close. sasha's sets are predictable. diggers style changes all the time. he reads the crowd like non other. i think sasha is a great dj,but when he comes infront of john digweed...hes crap infront of him. and i can back it up if u want me to.

ok, i am gonna clarify a few things about what i think about sasha and digweed b/c i seem to have started a little debate about them. i am gonna start of by kind-of piggy-backing on what amit had to say. I should not have made such a blanket statement regarding the two DJs. Digweed is definitely better than sasha. I have seen them spin together and i have seen them both spin alone and there is def a difference. I saw Digweed in Houston about a year and a half ago and he put on a pretty good set and really had the crowd into it. I saw Sasha this past year in DC and was not impressed at all. it was a very unimaginative set. I also saw them together at Twilo in NYC before it shut down and i thought neither put together great sets. I will admit however, that digweed is a spectacular mixer and right on when it comes to that.

So, having said that, i still think they are both overrated though because they did not impress me as top 5 DJs should.

I've heard no evidence whatsoever that he owns, when I heard Cosmic Gate in september they were dire, set had no direction whatsoever, mixing was APPALLING, and they peaked there set with Fire/Wire. They won't be back in a hurry anyway
And on the evidence I've been shown, his mixing skills are nowhere near as good as Jam X's or De Leons

Ps: Kurai, u made a thread a few months ago, and deleted it, said something about the release of Yoji Biomehanika's mix of Iguana, do you know when it'll be released? I asked him but I don't think he understood me
