i think 256 MB of ram could replace your 128. it just depends on your PIN and shit. but i'm not too familiar with laptops just yet. but i'm getting one soon. (not a titanium g4.......yet)

ewwww noooo! not a voodoo 5! they have good anti-aliasing shit but go with a geforce 2 GTS. cheaper, much more efficient and an overall better card.

infin..... you have lots of shit loaded on system tray, bottom right, u know.. ? kill some of that shit, it trashes your sys resourses... and dont bother having the V-scan running if your not on web...less your on a LAN, then u need it, im sure you know all this shit though... i saw this cool prog, on www.download.com... its rambooster... every time you click it, or tell it to... it gathers what ever amount of RAM you specifi....check it out (shrug)

how many Mhz, whats Pc type, and what OS? if its Win 98... i can tell you your prob right now, this isnt an opinon, its a fact, Win 98 has a hard time, managing anything over 64 megs of ram... so thats your prob, if your os is win98....

ahhhh! pentium laptops. they get pretty hot don't they? and don't run as efficiently as they should in the first place.

but yeah, win 98 doesn't manage memory very well. specifyin' your own virtual memory settings might help out too infin. that way windows doesn't have ot waste time and memory exchanging the swap sizes.

Most i saw was 8gb Really, was at my dad's work. The main two comps he can use have access to 2tb hdds, 8gb of ram, dual p3 1ghz, both sharing oc48 he works for HP hehe

Not to brag... My work computer has 1 gig and our servers range from 2gig to 8gig. To be honest I dont think even 50% of it is ever utilized. But hey, I didn't pay for it!!
