I nominate Internet Explorer as well,sucks ass.And what sucks is alot of websites dont work well without IE.
I tried Opera as my browser for a while but now it Firefox.

forget firefox and opera - check out myIE2 at www.myie2.com

like a good version of ie with tabbing system, much more programmable... myie2 is to internet explorer as dc++ is to kazaa

i have actually played it and i was actually good at it, but my beef with cs was that it got me addicted to sugar, and damn that game, i still haven't gotten rid of that

i say 'Windows NT' takes the cake .. even though I do give it kudos by being one of the premiere networking OS's back in the day, nothing worked on NT!! about 10% of games, downloadable exe's, etc ... actually ran properly without any blue screen or pop up messages ..

also Windows ME,and it's tendencies to break when loading new software into the system. You would have to delete your wininit file, but what non-computer no it all would know how to do that??

if memory serves me correct, the reason why Microsoft put this OS out, because it HAD to compete with the new apple computers that were coming out .. the iMacs and iMac laptops and everything ... which was getting a lot of hype, especially the start of the double processors in the board..
