In Morocco u can buy cigarettes or alcohol even if you are 12 , and u can go to clubs when you are 14 or 15 , all u have to do is to give a buck or two to the bouncer lol

yea i agree juno... i heard a quote recently "today is my 21st birthday... i can now legally do everything ive been doing since i was 15"

and you only gotta be 18 to buy cigs (legally) in the us
