Funny how someone else speaks up about what it really is only AFTER I've found it, rather than when I spent a week and a half searching for the real title...

And it actually is the same vocal sample; it just doesn't change tone because its been filtered. Listen to the original Dr. Mabuse when the woman says those words solo with no music, and you will hear the exact same inflections in the words.

The guess about the Dr Mabuse remix shouldn't surprise you...that song has been remixed out the arse over the years.

sorry brian, I couldn�t "speak up" earlyier... I just got the PvD set the same day you posted the corretion! but contratulations to you!
you seem to to be the only one wondering, that a trck called "Water on me" contains Vocals saying "Why does it hurt when my hear misses the beat"!
and it�s no sample, the propaganda one is very diffrent to the vocoder vocal in that one, but that�s not realy important I think.

Yeah, I think everyone vested a little too much faith in the guy at XXL to get the perfect tracklisting down

I realize nobody's perfect...but everyone kept saying "how could he be wrong?" even after several tracklist corrections.

Oh well, I found my song, and thats all I wanted.

hmmm just wondering what's this gotta do with a GERMAN dj playing a set on a GERMAN radiostation, for the GERMAN audience (well mostly). i think pvd knows his homegrounds very well, but he is in a position where he can play anything he wishes to not every one will probably like it then, but hey you don't have to listen to this set - i'm sure there are lots of others in the more usual pvd style

i think its cool, but this set feels like a studio set, instead of a live set, thus its not that energetic as it should be. and i dont hear any people screaming, thats strange, because if this is live from a club, then where are the people?

he was playing live in the studio at the radio station.
it was also broadcast in tv.
there you can see him playing the tracks.
maybe anyone has ripped this too.

I think 24 is the Backbeat Mix of Hydra - Affinity (which could actually be called the original mix?). I think the Thrillseekers dub has some vocals that i don't really prefer. As far as i know ther e are only 2 mixes, Backbeat & Thrillseekers dub, and the latter has some vocals.
