the pvd live in berlin 12.17.2000

or the sven vth set. i think i am torn between these 2, but lean towards something different like the sven vth set.

Cor Fijneman Part 1 & 2 !!!!

yo yo Swamper i found one you have defo missed out on over the years. I didnt see no Scott Bonage in that list

So my suggestion is you put up Scott Bonds Essential Mix from 2000. His debut in '98 was good with very upfront tunage and the '99 was still upfront tunage with better mixing but the 2000 Essential Mix owns all as the mixing is spot on. Its a shame he still dont playu like this, seems Matt of Hardwick has taken over the reigns.

Check the TL boys...

Illuminatus - Hope (Chill Out Mix) (DMD)
Space Manouvers - Stage 1 (Space Manouvres' Separation Mix) (Hooj Choons)
Paganini Trax - Zoe (Timo Maas Mix) (INCredible)
Madagascar - Requiem (Coda)
Photonic - Obscure (Jay Welsh Mix) (Black Ice)
Travel - Pray To Jerusalem (Incisions Mix) (Jinx)
Velvet Girl - Summertime (Chiba Remix) (Lightning/Bonzai)
Arksun - Into The Sun (Zone)
Jean Michelle Jarre - C'est La Vie (Hybrid's Echoplex Mix) (Distinctive)
Junkie XL - Future In Computer Hell Pt. 2 (Roadrunner)
Starecase - 1st Floor Deadlock (Divide By Zero Mix) (Hope)
Velvet Girl - Velvet (Lightning/Bonzai/Additive)
Jan Johnston - Flesh (Tilt Vocal Mix) (48K/Perfecto)
BT & Paul van Dyk - Namistai (Headspace/Pioneer)
Extreme Trax - Don't Stop (Yves DeRuyter Mix) (XTC)
Timo Maas - Der Schieber (Thrillseekers Mix) (48K)
Traveler pres. Quest - Accelerator (Sunnyside Club Mix) (Vicious)
Terra Ferma - Don't Be Afraid (Platipus)
Terra Ferma - Teeth Of The Jungle (Platipus)
Rank 1 - Airwave (Rank 1 vs Dutch Force Remix) (Clubgroove/ID&T)

Anyone who has the mix, check the mixing from Traveler pres. Quest - Accelerator into Terra Ferma - Don't Be Afraid :

Beats PVD's mixing hands down.

Hellz yeah Swamper, throw up some Old-Skoo Essential Mix World Tours by Oakie. If you need any, I've got pretty much every single one and I'd be happy to upload em'.

Posted by Stassi on Mar-06-2003 22:52:

Normally I would say DJ tiesto live at energy 2000.. truely a classic set.. but you had tiesto there long enough

so keep it dutch and give them Marco_V-Live_at_Mysteryland-06-17-01

of course you can cut the annoying MC off

Posted by biznology on Mar-08-2003 15:04:

boo oakenfold

why post a set by oakie, when you can find ANY of them on Kazaa or any other such horseshit...

i vote for Graham at Tonic, get it back to the TO roots, and besides, this is the set where he blew Oakie away.

in truth, i just want to see the tracklist get finished|

Paul Van Dyk - Live at Rosenmontagsrave (05-02-1999) <--- so good, this one should be posted

One set that absolutely knocked me off my feet and nobody ever talks about is

DJ Cross - Live @ Trance Energy '99 (not sure which one it was)
There's 2 parts to this set, and both are phenominal!
This set is an EXCELLENT lesson in trance for those new to it.
I used to have both parts of this set on my computer but lost it when I reformated. I have one of the parts on tape, but I lost the other one

Most of the sets that people are posting are with tracks that most people know. This set is like a culmination of all the best tracks just before all these newer tracks took over .

If anyone has a copy of this set PLEASE send it to me
[email protected] = msn
29266122 = icq

Or to give the TA's a taste of some homegrown Toronto classic sets

OS/2 - Live @ WEMF 2000
Absolutely KILLER set. Tons of classics in this set from the 'new wave' of tracks that took over (read what I said above to make sense of that).
Some tracks I can remember are
Major League - Wonder
The Quest - C Sharp
En Motion - Truth
DJ Misjah & Tim - Access
Art of Trance - Madagascar

I agree on the PvD set..

my first big party and I LOVED IT!

Listening to the PvD set would bring back some great memories..

('flying' lightsticks everywhere, never saw it so massively anywhere after that again f.e.)

Judge Jules - Qontact Queensnight 2001

Posted by Christopher B on Mar-09-2003 17:07:

Something proggy and smooth, like the John '00' Flemming essential mix. The last 5 months have been a complete overload of hard/uplifting/tech trance.

atb

im also for ATB - Live @ Trance Energy, i dont see many live sets from him and im dyeing to hear one.

Both are quality classic sets, but i have to agree with Kid Lax on this one. Judge Jules' set should be easier to find than Cross'!
