something that is also key though, is how well the track was produced and mastered in the first place. Which plays a big part.

Tracks that are mediocre are the onces that seem to sound the same 192-320. The better ones and worse ones have a more noticeable difference.


I mean sometimes its hard to even tell till you actually hear the vinyl or wav of it.

Speaking of bitrates, etc, are mp3s sold in quality better/higher than 192kb/s? I know Beatport doesn't, but any other mp3 sites that do?

Agree 100%. It's a matter of being fair, too: They're *earning* money because of those tracks.
