PS Glad to hear you're all having fun. Was hoping Ozgur would get into his tech house/acid/techno stuff, I rate his style when he does B2B with Petter!
PPS Every day is as good or as better then the last, even if it's in a different way. It's EUROPE, not that you need to be reminded (That's my Zen for the day)
ah the infamous monday bar!
some quality JZ and sasha sets from there
i think it was about 27 -28 degrees today was very hot, and still is. good to hear the weather is getting better in sydney wade! didnt try the mushrooms in amsterstam sid totally turned me ff! ahha

okies well i prob wont b on the net for awhile so byeee for now
It's turning sour again on Friday, it was jsut for a few days of nice weather
Well we don't need to comment on Sid and his antics now do we. We all know he's in the top 1% of gurners out there (with Spang et al).
Enjoy dinner! Aren't you all going to Project-X ? I think the more underground feel of protest parties in Berlin (like Fight The Power the year I went) really suit the city.
Berlin's a GREAT city regardless of clubs or not. So much history with the Berlin wall, the world wars etc. That aside, the city's culture and art are fantastic.
Anyhow.

Damn, you guys are almost making me regret my decision to become a boring old married lady *lol*
Glad to hear you're all having an amazing time

Woah!!
Haven't had a chance to post since Sensation but that was pretty wicked.
It wasn't as great as I thought it could be but it was still 100x better than anything Australia's ever seen or ever likely to see. Awesome vibe all round.
Sorry I didn't see any of you AUTA's again once inside but I met a Chicago TA, Kael. We had an awesome time up on one of the podiums for over 3 hours (during Guetta's set, megamix and most of Armin). It wasn't crowded up there at all and two of the hottest chicks I've seen were up there. The Dutch people are awesome clubbers.
We met some guys from London too and we all decided to head to the free Armin gig in the afternoon in the north of the country. After stuffing up on the trains and a stopoff in the Red Light District to "re-stock", we finally got to the gig at like 2 p.m. still with our Sensation clothes on.
This was the best and I'll go so far as to say that it topped Sensation for me. It was outdoor with the sun coming through the clouds and plenty of Heinekens all round. A really light shower made it quite memorable. Seeing Mark Norman (can't remember which one) then Piet of Rank 1 then M.I.K.E and finally Armin; that sure got me back into a trance groove.
Weirdest thing out of that is dancing with little 5 year old kids everywhere. Their parents bring them out and it just felt quite surreal dancing with them around.
Unfortunately I don't think I can make Berlin this weekend, got a 2500 word essay due in on Tuesday. Not too fussed though, got a lot of partying coming up to make up for it. Uni here for the last week has been great; the Americans here are so awesome. Eat, drink, smoke, laugh, study, sleep. But I won't miss it too much either when it's done and the full-on partying begins.
Anyway I'll have my pics up here soon as soon as I can batch resize them sometime.
Oh btw I think I'm going out to a gig tonight where Laidback Luke is. Only reason I'm going is coz it's close to where I live and it's a fair distance from Amsterdam and that'll probably be the biggest party of the month there. Be keen to see how the vibe's like.
Cyaz
PS: Sucks to hear about what happened in London a few hours ago.

Berlin (LFA)
only name that you need to know is Sasha. Was definitely up there as one of the best sets I have ever heard, and having back stage passes made the experience something that will live in the memory for a very long time. The two warm up djs Rene Vital and Edgar V were awesome. Both played some really dark and driving prog before Sasha took over to a crowd that was going insane. What made his set so great was the fact that I could only id a few tracks, and the re-editing/mixing was insane. Highlight was Wavy gravy! had the bass from the previous track continually looping over the melody was amazing. Will write more when I get the chance, but it will take something to beat Sashas set last night (maybe Digweed GKGG) for now its Sid saying bye.
ahhh what a night that was!!
was great to have the VIP's and a big ups to Corinna from Vandit for setting that up for me before we left! The place was so ramemd so we spent most of the night behind the DJ on the vip floor, was good as there was a half prive bar out the back to.
Rene Vital was a great warm up dj and Edgar V followed on great! now i must say im not a fan of Sasha but he did ROCK it!! the sampling of wavy gravy over this massive beat and into a breakdown drove the crowd insane!, Sid and i spoke with NuNRG for a little while then spoke to PVD briefly before his set
got a good foto will try to up if we can!
All in al ltop night!
Yesterdays street party was ok, menno and marc van linden were ok but their mixing need improving hehe but was a good palce to enjoy some free music with firends.
