But why even go so far as to waste money on a hotel? I mean, usually you don't spend much time there anyways, right? I think it would be much more beneficial to just sleep in a rental car. That way, you're getting something you need to get around AND you have a place to stay. Heck, if you don't need a rental car, just sleep on the street! This way you can take all that money you were going to WASTE on a hotel, and invest it!!

Look, this is why America's fucked. We've got people running around wasting money on things like hotel rooms and plane tickets when in reality, you don't really need that stuff. Are people stupid? Everything you could possibly ever need is available to you through the internet. I mean, it's all I use to gather life experience, and look at me! Shining example.

Personally I do not feel that bad about it if I do, I mean I feel bad if I have to start asking for handouts for shit like my cellphone and TA radio funds, but on the other hand my brother spent multiple years in Japan, one of the most expensive countries in the world on my dads dime, on top of tuition and other living expenses. Spending money on hotel suites is so fucking dumb. Why waste the money when you could just stay at a hostel or, even better, a homeless shelter??
