my height is about 5'6 or 7, think i am 55kgs or 60, no weighing scales in the gaff
body type is slim. ideally to be a bit bigger, wouldnt say no to a 6 pack either!
joined LA fitness, dont think theres a westwood near me.
Here's a post-workout shake I used to make:
16 ice cubes
2 cups milk
1 banana
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
1 tablespoon vanilla
and every now and then I'd a couple tablespoons of peanut butter
Oh man that shake was the bomb

pics help to
uhm lessee here... thats really skinny.
Eat a SMALL meal like a cup full of food thats mostly carbs and some protein. I like a piece of toast with about 3 slices of meat on it.
Drink a glass of water and digest for 45 min.
I usually have a cup of coffee about an hour before as well.
just drink water during the workout and then after drink TONS. Eat a protein bar and go on a run if you want to see how much water gets sucked up by protein haha. You need lots of it. At least a gallon or two a day.
after (within 45 min!!) is a protein bomb like some home made hamburgers, or fish, or a protein drink.
beware though, if you arent working out really hard and then eat tons of protein itll turn to fat. But youll neeed that fat to have more energy to gain weight... its a cycle. Try to get fat and chubby for a month or so then start leaning down and focusing more on protein than carbs...
but carbs are GOOD for energy gives you a better work out...
my 2c. Im a lean fellow myself so gaining mass has always been a challenge and I had to eat fatty, carbed out food to gain weight.
i've been told drinking water with meals disrupts digestion

lol dunno. have a glass of wine then
hehe
the idea is that if you drink water with meals, the body thinks it's getting all this liquid so it doesn't bother producing saliva, i don't drink water for an hour after meals and a half hour before
yeah...everyone should drink tons of water...i think the most i've ever drank was 3 gallons in a day, but you should be definitely hitting the one gallon mark easily...

my question is... will water help you loose weight?
In some way I feel like since I began drinking more I "evacuate" more often, it feels like water is cleaning my body and accelerating the food digestion process... guess it has to help in some way..

my second meal "dinner" 3 scrambled eggs and a cup of split pea soup. For breakfast I had 2 eggs and half a cup of already cooked pasta. so like 4 bites hehe. Ive had a pot of coffee and a gallon water.
I just got back from a 3.5 mile run TO the gym where I did
4x20 with 90 lbs on seated row
4x15 with 15 lb DBs of lateral shoulder raises
4x20 with 15 lb DBs bicep curls
4x12 with 60 lb DB side bends
4x15 with 100 lb on machine for kneeling stomach crunches
and then ran BACK home
was about 30 degrees out
uhm.
as far as water, it takes calories to heat up and process, but its main benefit is that of purification and providing a neutral chemical bath in which reactions can take place in (thats why you also need to have salts and minerals in diet because whole body runs off of salt water/chlorine bath stuff
)
you really like that webcam do you
lol yeah adds interactivity or sumfin
ok i decided to take the pics today.. the stats as of these pics
im at 141 lbs.. 5"11, not an all time high but none the less..
