This might be a gateway drug for you. It has about 80% of the hoppiness of West Coast, but with added sweetness that makes it VERY drinkable, especially for a 9.4. Try it, you dope.

And I don't think education can change how something tastes to you. I didn't like beer until I was like...12 , and I didn't like scotch or whiskey until I was 18+. I've had all different sorts of sweeter beers, sweet liquor, etc. I just don't like them.
