theys ay that naythign other than light cardio is bad for workouts cuz you burn all your glycogen reserves and just tear yourself up :\
ok i dont like yoga.
it's too calm and relaxing. i kept thinking about sex and the fart thread and queefing and jennypie getting railed in the ass...
the instructor played enya. lol
oh well, it got me movtivated though...to go and do a normal workout tomorrow. the whole time i was looking out into the gym watching everyone on the treadmills n stuff thinking, "god this is so gay, i want to be out there"

- Note: Incline dumbell press, this shit gets my heart rate up like crazy, when I finished, I sat down at the row machine for like 5 mins to calm down.

What if you split up your cardio? 10 mins in the beginning, weight lift, followed by 15-20 mins after? That's what I do, the 10 min run in the beginning tends to get me pretty energized to work out. Only problem is running an additional 15 mins after the workout, I get pretty lazy and only do like 7 or 8 
I do cardio on a bike so only my legs get tired out. Still leaves me enough energy for the upper body workout
I hate doing cardio on the bikes, never feels like I'm getting anything done.
