Thanks for the birthday wishes guys. Unfortunately, they were rather unfounded for Friday night. I had started drinking around midday, and by the time it was like 6pm, I'd already had like a beer, a spanish coffee, and like 1/3 a bottle of wine. So after I went out for dinner and had another beer there, I was so written off, what with the mountain air factor kicking in as well. Ended up just going home and sleeping at like 10pm, and saved myself for last night instead (and as you can imagine, last night was pretty damn fun, since I'm still awake, and replying to this thread ).

Ahh good times...

Another week, another Friday night. But this is an exciting one!

After finding out about the TOTA Cottage party, I'm looking into flights up to TO, at long last!

As far as tonight goes, not really doing anything. Just gonna hang loose, but a plan could always come up at the last minute.....

This new cottage dealio is gonna KICK! (I just pray the B-man can move it to the Feb. 3,4,and 5th, because otherwise I dunno what I'm doing... JOHAN GIELEN is on the 28th at Guv... missing him... I dunno if I can do that... I've already missed him THREE (3) times in Canada, and EACH and EVERY time it hurt me bad! )

Hell YEAH!!! It's ABOUT TIME! Been talking about going up there for who knows HOW LONG now and finally the time has come! I'm waiting on the date to be finalized, but either set of dates I will be there!

Make sure you pack enough clothes and a GOOD winter jacket. TO can get BRUTALLY COLD during that time, and being a southern brother myself, one time when I partied in TO in January I was sick for a month due to exposure.

Thanks man. Oh don't worry, I'll be dressed warm. I'll be hitting up Amsterdam on 2/9/06 which is like right after the Cottage party too. I'm originally from Queens, NY so I know what cold is about. Can't wait to get to TO!

MY best fucking friend since like Grade 5 or 6 just came up from NC (where his wife is from and he now lives) for the next week, and just stopped by.

FUCKING right! We're chillin' it up like old times, it's so good.

Heading out to wear he's staying at the Mountain to rent and watch some flicks like good ole times!

Oh yeah. Travelling is awesome. For Trance Energy I'll be going with Groove Eric, FLTA's best DJ. For Toronto, that depends on the dates, but I am SERIOUSLY pumped for this cottage shindig!

What a place! some SERIOUS partying will happen there! I did party like that at Catskill mountain cabin (Greenville NY) in the early 90's. About 65 people, no one else around for miles, music all the time...it was one of my fondest memories.

...and we only blew through 600gal of diesel fuel for the generators that powered the sound and lighting system...plus we only blew one JBL 18" subwoofer the whole weekend

I am THE review + pics guy for FLTA. I don't go anywhere without my camera (well, except work. ) You can bet your bottom dollar I'll be pic-whoring at the cottage party, for sure! And I'll have my PSP for the flight + bus ride. PSP for the win.
