Not one of our better games. Playing defensively to protect a lead is not something that I would expect from United but that was what we seemed to be playing for today after Vidic nodded in the early opener.

If we were playing a team that didnt suck so much in Europe like AC Milan or Barca , they would have probably put one past us with the tactics we deployed today but hey il take the win.

On a side note , i want to see Maicon in the premier league. The dudes got mad talent. I also want to see Balotelli in the EPL but just so Ronaldo will have a lot more chances to show that load of rubbish how crap he is in front of world class talent.

don't waste your money. He's spent the majority of the season injured so won't be seriously considered for it. He's good enough yeah, no disputing that, but needs to do it for a whole season injury free to win this. For the award, it's a tough one but I honestly think that Vidic is up there amongst the leading contenders, along with perhaps Gerrard, Anelka, Jaaskelainen, Big Kev Davies and Ashley Young

They should have cashed him in last season. I support man utd, but really dont think that Ronaldo is the best player in the World. Of course he is an amazing player, but for example both Messi and Kaka are better players, I would rather have either of those on my team. Infact I would keep Tevez before Ronaldo.

stupid shit like this is why the sport should adopt a timekeeper that pauses the clock every time the whistle blows to avoid things that make it look more fixed.
