2 great games today. both seattle and san diego handed their games respectively to chicago and indy. i can't count how many times seattle had the chance to close out the game in the 4th quarter when they were up by 3, and they couldn't convert a simple 3rd down. i can't believe hasselback was such a big pussy, and couldn't at least make an attempt to challenge the chicago secondaries, who is the weakest link in their stellar defense.

as for san diego, can't expect anything more from marty. always falling one step short of success. grats to brady for masterfully taking the game into his hands, when he saw the running game wasn't doing much for the team.

2 decent championship games next week. it's not the best, but it happened, and we got to deal with it.

looking at the percentage data, and seeing how the individual teams represent their certain state, here are the current results:

Saints (Louisiana) : 89%
Patriots (Massachusetts) : 89%
Colts (Indiana) : 70%
Bears (Illinois) : 59%

shows how much faith those illini have faith in their team da Bears. lol

well judging by faith, it looks like a Saints-Patriots Super Bowl ?

and lol at manning pic. i am a bit of a manning fan, but he needs to get rid of that choke artist motto attached to his name. if it wasn't for the colts defense, peyton would be 1 and done again. if peyton proves he can outduel brady in 1 playoff game, i would redeem him for all the things he has done in the past.

i would like to see if the pats are going to have any success on the run against the colts. their running game did not look too great against the chargers.

i have fear for the saints against the bears. yeah seattle had some success against the bears at chicago, but i don't think the saints will have that same success against the bears. i think if joe horn comes back to the lineup, their chances increase by a bit, because horn offers them veteran leadership in the wr position, and can make those key 3rd down catches.

It looked like the Chargers wanted to keep alive the Patriots, with all those dumb mistakes: they looked coward, and choked big time. And that made the Chargers deserving of the lose.

There's a word in spanish -pardillos: 'perennial' stupid/dumb- that fills perfectly to define the SD Chokers in this game.

Anyway, I could go on forever... fact of the matter is... if you test positive, you did them, I don't see any other players testing positive, therefore no one does them... except the players that test positive.. in this case... And fuck all you Bears haters. like WTF? Fuck, one of the founding teams of this fucking league gets no respect. How exactly did Grossman have a bad game, exactly (except for that fumble). How is 280+ yards, a brilliant TD pass (and that 30 yarder to Davis that set up the winning FG) and an interception that clearly was not his fault constitute a bad game? The defence has to be better, but the Bears could easily have had another ten points in this game.

I'm not saying the Bears will win next week because New Orleans are a fucking good team. But I won't be surprised if it's close and da Bears squeak one out. (where they will be absolutely destroyed in the Super Bowl)
