hey all,

I'm a TOTA (though I dont post much...I just go to events :P) and Im moving to ottawa for the next 2 years for grad school @ UOttawa... hopefully Ill be moved in by may 1st

anyways, I know NO ONE in ottawa OR montreal, but am definitely going to be in need of getting my EDM fix pretty often. my fav GTA clubs are dragonfly, guv & sonic (who can argue with those??)
I've been doing some research and I'm definitely looking forward to stereo & circus at least.

I know this might sound sad, but any ottawa/montreal TAs wanna show some hospitality and befriend a TOTA?

if u come by MTL, send me a pm

a lot of good TAs in MTL, although sometimes there is drama on the board. when i moved here from the west coast, many of em were very welcoming. in most party, we gather all around the same spots and dance. its actually quite fun.

so ya... if u come by MTL, look some of us up, we will show you how it is done in MTL.

are there usually a lot of ottawa TAs that head into montreal for the scene? or is this board pretty much exclusively full of MTLTAs?

84th Ave and his girlfriend Trancegal comes about once every 2 weeks.

havent met Spin laden yet.

Tag comes there and there...

and that is about all the people i know from ottawa... i know there is more but i havent seen more yet

A friend on this board got me into EDM, and I went to see Ferry @ARIA in October 2005 and was hooked. I saw Johan Gielen at Velfarre in December 2006, and then Ferry @Circus in May (which really was hot).
Next, it is Blank and Jones @Stereo on Friday!

Anyway, Montreal is just a little better than Ottawa when it comes to parties and clubs.
