also your body likes to have fat over your kidneys for a variety of reasons. Its natural and healthy
Anyone know the benefits of standing on your head?
if it was D&D youd have a +2 modifier to quirkiness

The problem is that, even though you are relativley skinny, any fat that you store is going to first be noticeable around your midsection. You can do twists and sit-ups and crunches and such and that will essentially tighten up the muscles around your waist. This will even allow you to reduce your waist size and perhaps make it appear that your lovehandles have gotten smaller. IMO your best bet (since you are already thin) is to do some light trunk training and hopefully tightening up your midsection will give you the illusion that your lovehandles are gone. |
whats a lovehandle exactly?
never heard the word before hehe.

Heres my Pictures First One in February Second Last Night...
Im going to work really hard for the next three months, we will see where I get

I was down in the park exercising the other day and I thought my Walkman broke. I dropped my weights, popped an earbud and there was a damn tornado siren going off. Well, I didn't see any damn tornado, so I picked up my 25-lb dumbells and kept a going. Go figure. All I got was a little bit wet, but I get soaking ass wet in the heat anyhow.

Oki, so i joined the Fitness club 2 weeks ago on monday.
I have been going there every day except Wednsday and tbe weekends.
This wednsday my skin was itchy i felt like i should been working out, so am going for 5 days a week, i feel great and not tired. I think am getting addicted as well, today i been 3 hours there, and yesterday 3 and half.
However i still wanne drop lots of body fat so i have been told to do power training. Meaning lots of weight, long sets 3/4 and Short reps amount 6-8 Also cardio is needed.
I guess am going to do this for the upcoming 4 weeks 5 times a day and see how it works out

you should give muslces 24 hours rest minimum.

drastically changed my workout recently:
Smith Machine Incline Bench Press:
1x20 warmup NO WEIGHT really get it stretched out. The trainer told me where the bar touches is where muscle grows. So im targeting right under collar bone so it looks like a more full chest.
SUPER THAT into
1x12 wide grip chins
SS
1x12 135 smith incline but only going slightly past parallel to floor. After that is tricep so he said dont bother. After the 12 I do 3 full reps and rack it
SS
1x12 wide grip Chins
SS 1x 10 185 same as before with 3 full reps after
SS 1x12 chins
SS 1x10 185
SS 1x12 Close Grip Chins (triangle)
SS Incline Dumb bell press with 45s 1x12 full motions
SS 1x12 close grip chins
SS Incline 1x 12 full motion 45s
SS chins
SS incline
SS 1x15 1 hand pulldowns with handle on lat pulldown machine 45lbs
SS 1x12 25s Flat DB flies go down as far as you can
SS pulldowns
SS flies
SS pulldowns
SS flies
and done !
no breaks at all. This took 1 hour and OWNED ME. The guy is a 6'3 220 lb Romanian body builder who looks like a fucking GOD. Its awesome and my chest and back got OWNED!
Im loving the results though and im seeing MUCH improvement.
Cheers.
So how many guys of you do regular super sets? What do you think about it? You like the results from it?
orbax your back in looking ace man...great work on that hahaha...back has always been a weak spot for me
as for supersets...i've done them for a really long time...i personally like them a lot. especially if you match the right muscles together so you don't get too tired working the same muscle because it definitely helps keep up intensity in the workout...
Have you noticed a longer recoop period? would a 1 hour superset session leave you fatigued for more days than a 2 hour wait and press session?
Im just wondering if I shouldnt be waiting some more time between work outs...Its gonna be HARD to keep up that kind of intensity.

As far as that discussion about which the body cannibalizes first, fat or muscle, biology says muscle is always the last to go. In the process of starvation in the human body, one's body resorts to the following sources of energy in the following order:
1. Glycogen
2. Fat
3. Amino Acids
So if you are starving your body will use up all its glycogen stores, then burn fat, then eat its own amino acids. Of course protein is made of amino acids, and muscle is the most protein rich tissue in the body, so #3 = muscle, more or less. As long as you eat plenty of Carbohydrates(which provide glycogen to the body) and/or Fat, you body will not use its own muscle tissue for energy.
The only important thing is that you eat about 80g carbs 50g protein after an intense work out for muscle growth maximization.

wooooot. just moved down to south fla, been here for less than 48 hours and i already have an interview @ bally total fitness.
25$ an hour, 30 hours a week, benifits, insurance and all that good stff, and i still have plenty of time to goto school full time.
ill be makin a decent amount for a full time student, plus i get to work out for free. you do the math
Holy shit guys....
I went to GNC today thinking I would buy some Betagen or something, who knows, really just to poke around and see what is new. Since I'd moved I haven't been having good workouts and shit, so I guess I was just looking for an excuse to get really focused again and back in the groove.
So I bought some No-Xplode. And I just took it.
HO. LY. SHIT.
I can barely focus on the screen right now and just like the label says, it hit me in like 5 minutes. I'll post again when I get back but, I'll be damned if I don't feel like the Hulk right now. I CANNOT imagine that I'm gonna have a shitty workout.
haha nice. My bro is taking N02 and creatine and protein right now, and the kid gets fucking pumped just sitting there before the work out.
He said it also helped with soreness the next day. Have fun dude!
Im going in for spine surgery in a month or so so I think im gonna be out of the whole working out thing for like half a year ...fuck!
but right now I cant feel most of my left leg and my toes are numb. Sigh...
no-explode is great, if i were you id stack it with some sort of n02 like nitrix. good luck with it, itll get expensive after a while but its well worth it. ronnie coleman signed with BSN, that says enough about the quality of their products
