mr s, i didn't mean to neglect you! mebot and orbax made posts i had quick responses for, then i had to run off to a group meeting. i'm glad you're back from sheepbangtown, the thread isn't the same without you! when are you coming to d.c.?
was this "group meeting" with "the others" ?
arturo...I live in the Chicago Burbs right now.
Thanks for the belated hello there daff
I am not coming out to D.C. for work purposes...we ended up not getting/taking the job at the Ford's Theatre because we don't have enough time to build it with all the other stuff we have to get done. But I might come out to D.C. sometime in November to pick up the car if I buy it from my dad. He lives in Alexandria.
Bah I am hungry....I need to think harder about food.

Oooooooh yeah,
Listening to/importing my Queensrche - Operation:Livecrime cd into my computer. God I had forgotten how much I love this disc
Gotta love a 1 hour long album that is a continuopus story. Sad thing is I narrowly missed going to one of the two shows they recorded the video for the box set at back in the day (1991). Sigh.....
Revolution calling, revolution calling, revolution calling you!

Ooooooh.....trying the Shiner Hefeweizen. (brought a 6 pack of it and a 6 of the Shiner Bock back with me this time) It is pretty tasty. Not Ayinger by any means but still good.
I am not a big family person but I have actually talked to pretty much every member of my family tonight. Weird weird weird. Looks like if I can get the loan thing figured out I will be coming to DC land to pick up the car, probably the weekend before Thanksgiving or on thanksgiving weekend. I have prior engagements on the 9th and possibly the 15th here in Chitown. I need a more reliable car before the snow starts flying here in the windy city.
Have fun doing whatever kiddies.

Ok boredom and beer mixed her a little bit and I decided I needed to make someone else a sig and since Mebot had a picture already there and told me what the car was and I decided it needed some spice and all that jazz I made this:

Which reminds me....if any of you, my thread friends, would like an email address wih flatbeat.net let me know
Enjoy it or not there seor Mebot. I used the color of the hat in your av as the text color base hehe.

I think "I love the 80s" might be some of the most valuable programming on television. They just did a segment on GnR "Patience," which is possibly the best monster ballad ever. Even overshadows "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."
Also heard great lyrics such as, "Get out of my dreams! Get into my car."
