legs today, felt like my shortest workout yet, like 12min or something, still really hit it though
machine parallel squat - full stack x 8, -2x8, -8x15-20
leg curl - 145x7, 130x6, 115x7 (i think, wasn't looking)
leg extension - -3x6, -5x6, -8x6 (burn extruciating on this)
calve raises - -5x15, -8x15, -10x15 (alternating positions)

was my best ever on legpress yesterday, felt like i was trying to push away a wall of bricks
not the sickest quads,kinda lean instead

those i work out with when doing legs are sick
the other guy did 3x1280 yesterday,(the third didnt join us because of moving to new appartment, but he's even better/stronger)
dead tired in the legs today.. now it depends how i will feel tomorow.
so far it follows regular procedure.. tired the first day after workout - totally fucked the second day after 
tomorrow will the most intereting day of this week, that's for sure
+ it's LFC Vs. Man Utd (GO FLC

k good the second attempt worked, thanks floorfiller.
my routine is
day 1: chest, back, shoulders.
day 2: cardio, legs, abs.
day 3: arms, shoulders, abs.
day 4: off
day 5: off
day 6: back to chest etc...
im currently 6f 2 and i weigh 197 pounds. i put on muscle at a slightly above average rate, but if i sit on my ass for too long, i put on fat too lol.
these are my do's and dont's when i go to the gym...
always breathe when doing reps.
i always do slow focused reps.
never get ahead of myself (increase weight when comfortable.)
when im at the gym, IM AT THE GYM! no cell phone, no distractions,my mind is focused on the workout, and i dont leave untill i feel ive overloaded the muscles.
i dont rush my workouts.
i dont get distracted with the hot girls (even though its so hard not to
ill post my measurements and my exercises later.
progressive pete, i think u should get out more lol...jk, yea ur real fit, but once u start having abs on ur back, i think we all know when to tone it down...remember its for personal enjoyment, it wont get u into any ladys pants, dont hurt urself

. i guess ive always seen fitness as a life long hobby, never a chore. the personal enjoyment is what its always been about. not to mention stress relief, and doesn't hurt if it helps me look more appealing to the ladies

Day 12! finally done my last day of training for my 12 day program, have to stick the diet till tomorrow at 1730 when i get measured up. the program i have to say was really awesome, it's given me more energy and now i only need to sleep 6 instead of 8 hours a night, and my strength seems to have gone way up. looking forward to the 60pack of jaffa cakes + plum pudding + cranberry cake tomorrow ........
