well...we're getting close to picture time again 
i don't know about you guys but i'm not making much progress...i think partly because of diet..so i wanted to ask everyone...
does anyone know of any good carbohydrate supplements? i mean...like a carb shake or something? i need something that i can bring around with me at school so i get the necessary food

got measured up on monday, lost 2" on my waist and during the 12 days i lost 7.5lbs.
now have upped my calories to about 7500 calories, possibly more, and have gained 6lbs in the last 2 days, YAY
Oi guys,
I've lost like, 12kg in about 2 months give or take a few days. Now, basically, i plan on continuing down this track until i get down to about 70kg, which will be a loss of 22kg all up.
I am currently 18. Is it possible that I will get that loose skin bullshit from losing so much weight? If so, how can it be avoided?
Why cant any girls here strip down to nothing and show us their muscles

.. of course we would also need the stats and mesurements
when doing weights, do you lads build up the weight after each set, and lower the reps, or start high and drop the weight? is there any difference?
i've done both before. i personally like to try and add weight as i go...

Alright... I want to try and burn as much left over body fat as I can in the next two months (before WMC).
Now that it's not either raining or cold as balls out I can start running again. I plan on running for about an hour a day, 5 days a week, plus doing that little routine Orbax gave me + crunches every day... as well as drink a shitload of water and eat a lot less fat.
Is there anything else I should do, or anything I should do differently?

i busted out and ran 8 miles on sunday. man...i hadn't probably hit over three miles in a loooooooooooong time. dunno why i did it really...just in the mood hehehe. man...my legs are fucking sore though

Trip was great
and when you go from working out and running to not doing anything and eating and drinking all day (shitting 7 times a day instead of 1) and gain 10 lbs....its pure fat. all of it. Plus muscle loss.
and my body likes to be at 160. If I just eat my spinach salads, and meat in lettuce wraps 1x a day and drink tons of tea plus run and work out ... I think ill be healthy and fit and none the worse for it.
even if its bad for me cant be worse than drinking 5 bottles of wine 2 gallons of beer and half a fifth every day for 2 weeks
So yeah. Witness my transformation rraawwrgghhh hahahaa MMUAHAAHAHHAHAAH
off to make some coffee. 7 mile run is in a couple hours.
if your naturally skinny its very easy to loose 10 lbs in even a couple of days
heck i loose 5 -7 pounds after a hardcore day of partying
after a 3 day party i ended up looseing 15 lbs
but i basically ate like nothing during those three days

i've lost 10lbs in a week before...i'm sure orbax will do it if he wants to...
well now in the last 8 days i've gained 13lbs, and no real noticable fat gains, having great fun with it now
