makes your obliques and hip horns bigger, but if youre doing it right youre dumping the fat and growing the muscle. Its just redistributing the mass. a HGUE CHEST and HUGE LEGS and this soft belly is a little hedonistic looking.
Waists should be small *in proportion* to your legs and chest. Not objectively tiny like everyone should shoot for a 28 inch waist

So i've volunteered to be my flight's Physical Training Leader (PTL). so i get to put together a workout regiment for about 35-40 people. should be fun!
