yeah, that same place on the East Side of Milwaukee would easily be $900 or more though.

figures that i only want to live in the most expensive area of Milwaukee... it's all about location, and it's totally worth it, imo.

If you're planning on living there for a while as in settling down with no little additions to your family...it's damn well perfect and worth it.
