actually the song that owns all is hemstock & jennings feat adam white - reverence. probably the best song this year, and i used to think this was the best set of the year, but then armin van buuren mixed it up at the exposure festival, and left everyone in awe. if you wanna check it out get it at http://mysite.freeserve.com/ukta1/n...downloads1.html

Forbid the MC campaign !!

Here in Colombia as everywhere MC's tend to spoil the dj sets, party organizers however have done something lately to which I'm very thankful, they give the MC a bottle of scotch and a fine bitch, so he's so entretained and drunk that he forgots the microphone.

In other party a guy jsut cutted the microphone cord, GREAT !!!

You got my support .. top two offenders are Buster on the Global DJ Broadcast (huge jackass f***kd up the tiesto set in july ... i really dont care to have him tell us how many hot chicks he sees in the place) and that guy from dutch dimension

You're rigth, that's the reason why promoters here give him a bottle of scotch and a fine bitch, you know, all that these MCs care is that, they're not for the party, the DJ, the people, they think our parties are like the ones where they come, where all that matters is to get drunk and get laid.

Not that we don't like that (WE DO, CERTAINLY), but a trance party is for evolutionated human beings, where there are other things just as important, we don't act like chimps all the time ...

i wouldnt say that.. buster may be pretty annoying but he is fairly knowledgable of the DJ's that come to play at space34... plus he ID'd ferry corstens new track 'right of way', so hes a god to me

Definatly the original mix, the pvd club mix adds extra annoying sounds to it, which werent here.

why do people keep calling this the vandit dub. on the album it's labelled as just simply Crush.. call it the Album Mix or Album Version or \/\/atever.. but a "vandit dub" does not exist so stop calling it that.

"Anyways the 'Vandit Dub' of 'Crush' that Paul is spinning a lot at the moment will be the first track on his new album 'Reflections'".

I have the original version of Answers here and the one played by Paul has a more sweeping sound in it. Listen to it at 29:10-29:20.
But I agree there is a very small difference, just like the difference between Omega Six (Antithesys Remix) and Omega Six ("Paul van Dyk Rework").

Are you sure there is there an Original Mix? Beause the main mix on every Nothing But You releases at http://www.discogs.com/search/?meta...Nothing+But+You is the PVD Club Mix.
Can't find any Original Mix there...

on my official reflections album it says "Paul van Dyk - Crush." Obviously Second Sun shud be in that title, but for some reason the album tracklist didnt list the collaborators names.. There is no mention of "Vandit Dub" therefore, there is no such thing as a vandit dub. email paulvandyk.de and ask em that they'll think ur some mp3 kiddie whose fallen for that name pretty much just like everyone has in this thread.

u can get that sweeping sound very easily using a DJM-600 Mixer. Trust me, its the original

and btw, the rework of omega six was not tiny. he has not only just added his own b-line, but has completely re-constructed the song, even as far as adding a second breakdown.

Yup. Only the PvD club mix is on the releases of NBY. Paul is the only one with the Original mix as played in this set, but I think it will be on Reflections.
