i wish family guy was still on fox, great show, but anyways....
The reason i am stressing about the Fortune 500 is because there is NO DOUBT that these people are at the top of their game, destroying other companies and producing products that are neccessary for daily living. Like i said, i'd really like to work under Cisco or Novell, and i just wanted to know if there was any confirmation that the CEOs of these companies may have used drugs, and/or attribute their rise to the top by drugs. it's a valid and civilized question, correct? just out of curiosity, u know.
Let's just take the previous example of Drew Barrymoore. beautiful woman, successful actress. Where was she when she was smoking dope and, (hmmmy left ear just went deaf, aliens)(ok, now it's gone) drinking and going through all her teens as a junkie. Hmmm, she reassessed her life, quit drugs and OMG, pow! Wow! Bang Bang!, she's in 3 movies at the same time with that weird skinny guy tom green. It must be just be coincidence.
Drugs don't affect anyone, so Robert Downey Jr must be an exception. Maybe it's because the gel is seeping into his hair and causing him to no longer have the choice but to do drugs. His downfall cannot be cuased by drug use, o no. of course not. It must be something else, like the gel in his hair.
Snoop dogg, ok, ya. i agree, our hero snoop dogg has somehow broken the loop and every family member says "when i growup, i want to be like snoop doggie dogg because he is making the economy stable and putting kids into caring foster homes."
Bill Gates. He smoked weed or whatever. How come he doesn't smoke weed right now? It doesn't kill brain cells right. Now that he's on top of the latest monopoly of technology, does marijuana help him make the right business choices?
just answer this: Where is Bill Gates going to be if he uses the HARMLESS marijuana?
CEO of Walmart
Microsoft
Cisco
Ford
Columbia Pictures
Coca Cola
Give them marijuana the same amount that u take. once a week, once a month, whatever. an ounce an hour, whatever. Would these people still find success?
o rite, success is not what everyone wants. We want to look up to the manager of the mcdonalds down the street who comes in with red eyes and then u decide to take a bathrrom break and his head is in the toilet making bubbles with a straw.
let's tell the next generation that pot will make u a winner
dave dresden???? aw man. Excellent at rebuilding the foundations of trance, but drugs? dang.
hehe, ya. i do sort of have to agree with GW being under the influence. Did he really try drugs? i thought he was just into college "binge" drinking

you guys should just stop arguing with him...its like talking to a fucking brick wall...you put down all these facts and he brings up stereotypes, speculation, and his precious fortune 500 shit of which he doesn't have a fucking clue about their drug past, so shouldnt talk.

well, this is the third time i wrote in this text box. i didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings u know. So i just rewrote it so that u guys don't call my parents for a parent conference.
cisco/Novel wouldn't hire me? reason? or was that just a personal attack, u know, like if i were to say "hey canada. u guys criticize america so much with issues like why we don't feed the world and end famiine and put hospitals in failing countries. Then we liberate a country and all u can do is criticize even more, even though u never helped to liberate a country."
and what about coming from france..... anyways.....
anyways, back to the issue.
What's the point of Rehab is weed is harmless? if weed does/doesn't hinder your strive for success, then why are the most successful people striving to stay away from weed.
i like to be the Pyro in Team Fortress. does that reflect my attitude? hehe

if Michael Moore can get an academy award for completely lying to an audience and presenting 1 sided journalism, i think i should get 1 as well
Without bothering to read the entire thread I have the following to add. Personally, I don't see this law as being that good for weed smokers. Honestly, how hard is it to get weed anyway as things are? Not very. How much of a worry is law enforcement when your smoking up in public or buying? None whatsoever. I think things are fine the way they are.
Speaking of Fortune 500 companies.........
I work for one (not gonna say which), and I smoke everyday. Not constant, but I smoke once a day and I stil make $30-35 G's a yr.
Yet, I have no opinion on the issue. Legalize or not I'm still smoking .

well, i quit arguing after the 2nd response, then i realized i had a big smile on my face. In fact, i still do. Like i said, it's just so damn fun. I also get pretty pissy when my ideas don't get through. I always think "why is this guy so frustrating to argue with." After this thread, i just realized, like i said, its just so damn fun. I mean, i could still continue arguing with u guys, and if u let me, i will. I don't know how u guys responded if it was real anger or true disbelief, but man, it was fun. in fact i'm still laughing right now. i mean, cmon, WWJD?
well, i am still against drug use, but if u guys want to keep battling out, i will, it's pretty funny and it gives me a laugh. i mean, cmon, "WWJD"? Ever heard of that in an argument, a dispute, in court? i was having a good time, were u?

| Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien Canadas Chretien might light up a joint Prime minister ponders puffing pot if decriminalization legislation passes OTTAWA, Oct. 3 Now Canadians can understand why Prime Minister Jean Chretien seems to be in such a hurry to push through a law decriminalizing marijuana. Chretien, 69, said in an interview published on Friday that he might give pot a try once it is no longer a criminal offense presumably after he retires in February. Under the new law, pot users would only pay a fine if caught with small amounts. |
