anyways, i have yet to say anything about armin at all.. so here goes..

i have so much more respect for armin and what he does... he's just full of life, energy and passion for what he does.. and armin couldn't be more animated if he were a cartoon lol it's great, and the crowd feeds off it so well.. i thought his set was awesome, i especially love Time Of Our Lives-- everyone started holding hands up in the air and swaying side to side-- was def. a moment and i love MIKE - Turn Out The Lights.. Classic! and of course, i was going crazy when i heard Bo & Dom's song Elevation..i'm so happy for you guys!!!!! muah!
ps armin interview should be up within 1-2 weeks max

i'm sorry to see this thread turn so flaming before i got to post...

i had an absolutely fantastic time last night, i really could not have imagined anything to make it better. about two minutes after i walked in, i decided i wanted to get my pants signed (project i started at dance valley) then and not after to show. so i made my way back to that room that adjoins the stage and struck up a conversation with a guy and asked him if he knew how i could get my pants signed. he grabbed a key from someone and took me up and i met armin and he signed my pants! i found out at the end of the night the guy was armin's manager, david.

i had a fantastic time dancing all night and just about died when seven cities came on. i actually liked hearing yet another day this time, i've always disliked when i've heard it in live sets on cd. i liked the set a lot, especially some track i heard called elevation congratulations bo and dom! had a good time with y'all and i can't wait to hear your other two tracks.

all in all, driving a 12-hour round trip to spend four hours at arc was the best idea i've had in a while. and i can't wait to see armin in november at glow

Wow... I must say im overwhelmed with all of your guys support. It really means a lot to us that you all enjoyed elevation as dom and I basically dedicate our whole lives to making music. We have a bunch of exciting releases lined up in the coming future and hope you guys continue to support us! Id love to meet even more of you at future events. My friend who's a big emo/rock fan said when I wore my Tiesto shirt to see Tiesto... that at a concert, people already assume you like the band, so you wear shirts from other, similar bands you might like to strike up conversations. So, I'd imagine it's the same thing with regards to dance music. If I wore a Bedrock shirt at an Armin show - yeah people will all know I like Armin, but people probably wouldn't know I'm also a John Digweed fan. Thus, maybe a fellow Digweed fan will converse with me. It's part of the reason why I use a video game related avatar and name on a trance board and a trance related avatar and name on a video game board. Besides, aren't a lot of the DJs friends with each other?

Oh, and I'm real upset I couldn't make it... blame the 40 hour week Armin was amazing when I saw him in Toronto last March, his set was pretty similar... I love how he drops classics as well - too many people are so obsessed with playing the most recent stuff, the crowd at the Guv was practically in tears when he dropped "For An Angel" or "Godspeed".

I think you need to re-evaluate your priorities in life. Who cares about a thread, or saving it to your hard drive. Why do you make such a big deal of everything he does or says?

Look, just because Ian found out about TA b4 we did doesn't make him a better person. Ian possesses a massive insecurity: he believes he is an inferior being and overcompensates this belief by exercising as much power and authority as possible, which explains why deletes threads. He takes joy in talking down to people and showcasing his "intelligence."

We've been down this road before, and nothing was accomplished. He never apologized for his actions, and now we can't take it anymore. And you're right: no one is forcing us to post here, either. But we think this is a great forum which can only improve with Ian's departure. Let him bullshit his way to running Scott Bond's board, not here.

Thank you Kevin for your show of concern over my personal life, but I think I have my priorities set correctly. I make a big deal over everything he says because if I hate anything in this world, it's a person who lies. Ian belongs in the Bullshitter's Hall of Fame. His obvious insecurity only adds a few hundred thousands barrels of gasoline to the tire fire. He is not what we need in a moderator.
