How is this once sentance-> Since distilled water is like a vacuum without any minerals, it will actually leach beneficial minerals from your body to balance it out.

Interestingly enough, i started my fast last night. Tonight i went swimming at a hotel pool and it had a hot tub. I sat in there for a good hour and it felt great.

Green Tea has many beneficial properties including lipo-proteins and antioxidants. Just wondering if it would be a good thing or a bad thing to consume during detox?

I stopped eating last night too, and I went swimming this morning. And I'm hungry.
It's only 1:40 p.m. here in Germany and I already drank about a gallon of water.
This thread is really good motivation.

A true fast would still be...you guessed it...just water but I think a tea fast would kick ass in other ways also. Why not do both?
